Mudah lupa berlaku kapada banyak orang.

Department of Justice (DoJ) Amerika Syarikat mengatakan setakat ini mereka telah mengenal pasti sebanyak US$4.5 bilion (lk RM20 bilion) “misappropriation of 1MDB funds and money laundering”.

Takkan lah DoJ bohong – mereka sudah ambil tindakan mahkamah mengsita harta anak tiri Najib dan kroni Najib, Jho Taek, berjumlah US$1.7 bilion, mengemukakan laporan 251 mukasurat butir butir lanjut bukti dan menyebut “MO1” 16 kali. Sekarang mereka fokus kapada “the criminal aspects in their investigations”, di harap DoJ akan keluarkan Kenyataan Akhbar (saperti mereka buat pada 15 Jun 2017) kali ini memberi butran penuh siapa “MO1” dan kelakuan kelakuan jenayah nya berkaitan 1MDB.

Macam macam lagi contoh “mudah lupa” Najib sebagai Menteri Kewangan hingga menjejas ekonomi negara. Tun Mahathir kata tanah dan harta di jual kapada China hingga menjejas “sovereignty” negara. Begitu marah si Najib hingga mengata “Kepala Bapak Kau” di depan perwakilan Mesyuarat Agong MCA.

Bottomline we need an immediate leader to lead the charge in GE14 to wipe out the corrupted regime. There is no better person than Dr M, right now. So stop wasting time to rationalize why pick Dr M as PM designate. Instead spend time and efforts towards preparing to battle in GE14, a battle that the nation cannot afford to lose.

Manusia ini mnyuruh orang jangan buang masa mengrasionalisasi Dr M sebagai calon PM. Tapi dia sendiri buang masa cakap begitu.

Namun deimkian, selagi dia tak gunakan bahasa lucah, biarkan dia mengkomen.

Pakatan Rakyat won more votes but less seats in Peninsular Malaysia because UMNO won more seats in Malay majority constituencies with fewer electorates. The voters there have benefited from FELDA schemes, and they are UMNO fixed deposit constituencies. Mahathir thinks that he would be able to get some seats with PriBumi appearing as alternate UMNO. And PR minus PAS are willing to let Mahathir become PM so that he could bring in 10 or more MPs for the opposition coalition. It is sad that the country has to rely on a person who is known to have done great harms to the institutions and political system, to break UMNO to end the institutionalized/legalized corruption. Racism is bad, and Mahathir’s return proves it. The choice in GE 14 is not whether Najib or Mahathir should be PM, it is a choice between UMNO corruption and an end to it. Mahathir said that he would not go one forever. That is an encouragement for PH supporters.

“.. rely on a person who is known to have done great harms to the institutions and political system ..”

That’s your opinion. There are hundreds of thousands, nay, millions who think the opposite. You a Najib supporter? He has done much worse, including stealing, says Tun Mahathir. Re 1MDB and what DoJ say.

“The choice in GE 14 is not whether Najib or Mahathir should be PM’ – You’d rather have Najib? Knowing that corruption has worsened so much under him, Malaysia has gone down in the Transparency International Perception index. Yet you talk strongly on anti-corruption.

Azmin Ali’s relentlessly political engagement with PAS , particularly in Selangor state for the past 2 years after the break-up of PAS ulama against the PAS technocrat resulting in the formation of Amanah party is a long-sighted strategy to bring down the shameless MO1 and his UMNO kleptocratic government in the forthcoming HR14 due to the fact that Pakatan needs PAS to win the Malay heartlands of Felda Settlements and rural kampung folks by not splitting the votes into three-corner fight which are the UMNO ‘fixed-deposit” ballot boxes. But unfortunately Azmin’s effort failed with PAS ulama led by Hadi Awang who are more inclined to support MO1 at the national level. Azmin’s psychic perception of this rural Malay folks mentality is the main reason he gets the wrath of the anti-PAS supporters and unpopular particularly with the non-muslim communities. However with the nomination of Tun Mahathir as the PM material in the event Harapan-Bersatu Coalition win GE14, the equation has change

This election is about Umno, not MCA or MIC. It’s about the Malay vote. Amanah leader Khalid Samad said it best – but it is what Pakatan Harapan has been saying all along – as to why former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad is Harapan’s PM-designate. It is also why Umno needs PAS to split the Malay vote in their favour (they hope), which is why PAS has become the loyal acolytes of Umno.

The Mahathir of the past was supported by a single, dominant Umno, with BN giving them a two-thirds majority.

The present Mahathir depends on pretty equal partners, each can collapse Harapan. As such, Harapan’s PM will have to be consensus-based.

On top of that, Harapan consists of people fighting for principles. Dr M has no chance to deviate.
