How to comment on a stupid post like the above.

Mere accusation, not a single fact.

The post says the CM said traffic accident, the post said she “was believed to have drowned while trying to ride her motorcycle thru floodwaters …” No mention of details or witness(es), or what – apa daaa? Budak kicik writing ka?

Sounding like madman Ang Tiunama Peng talk.

      “Something Wrong With Your Head”?

So many people’s heads are like that. Mr Cash Is King’s head is certainly wrong.

Good to have a lot of money. If it’s your own.

Head gone wrong again when claiming such a huge sum is a donation. When DoJ said it’s “misappropriation of 1MDB fuds and money laundering”.

Pakatan Harapan Youth has said that it is expecting about 100,000 participants to attend the Oct 14 anti-kleptocracy rally.

“We want as many Malaysians as possible (to attend the rally).

“We are estimating about 100,000 people will show up on Oct 14,” said Amanah Youth deputy chief Faiz Fadzil, who is the technical director of the rally called “Love Malaysia, Eradicate Kleptocracy”.

            Calling all Sarawakians.

Sarawak has always been ruled by BN since the beginning and later by UMNO Baru controlled BN and UMNO Baru controlled Putrajaya. Sarawak BN MPs should not insult the intelligence of Sarawakians by blaming Dr Mahathir for the lack of development in Sarawak especially the vast rural constituencies when Tun Abdul Rahman Yacub, Tun Taib Mahmud became billionaires and many past and present cabinet ministers and lawmakers were able to enrich themselves by the millions. How many multi millionaire politicians were there from PBB, PRS, SPDP and SUPP? Rural Sarawakians and majority of Sarawakians remained poor or just above poverty line after 54 years of continuous BN government. Enough is enough. Vote out Najib and UMNO Baru controlled BN in GE 14.

In Kelantan, there are separate queues at the counters of banks/malls for “males” and for “females”. All muslim restaurants must close their businesses during noon prayer times. Muslim employees at non-muslim restaurants must be given time off to perform their prayers. When more muslims were seen eating at non-muslim restaurants during noon prayer time, all non-muslim restaurants, except KFCs, McDonalds and Pizza Huts, are ordered to close their businesses during noon prayers esp on Fridays! This is even worse during Ramadhan fasting month!! Female hairdressers, Chinese or not, are not allowed to serve muslim male customers!

Organisers of pop concerts and some other big events are increasingly wary of including Malaysia on their itineraries, as the cancellation of a beer festival due to take place next month highlighted growing intolerance towards activities regarded as insulting to Islam by some Muslim groups.

The promoters say that international music stars, especially those known for risqué lyrics or revealing clothing, are unlikely to be brought to Malaysia as part of regional or global tours. The same goes for any gatherings that could in any way be deemed un-Islamic.

While such concerns have been building for some time in this majority Sunni Muslim nation, the organisers say that the atmosphere has become particularly difficult in the past year.

“In a few more months, our country will face a general election and that is why there are certain parties who I believe are from Pakatan Harapan who are using these middlemen to increase the price of fish to a ridiculous price”, so claimed Umno’s Jamal Yunus.

I have problem understanding Jamal Md Yunos’ rationale here. If pro-DAP ikan middle man are increasing the price of Ikan and the UMNO/BN gov’t are not doing anything about it at this movement especially with the election around the corner as this is the best time for the UMNO gov’t to gain political mileage to look like they are helping the rakyat and take down these pro-DAP ikan middle man. So what makes us think that the UMNO gov’t will help out the rakyat in this issue after the elections if they are re-elected.

Or may be the fictitious pro-DAP ikan middle man may be a myth created by Jamal Md Yunos and the real cost for the hike in fish prices is due to GST which is Najib & UMNO’s creation.

The shockingly disgraceful overzealousness portrayed by Islamic authorities and accepted by the majority has made a mockery over something so beautiful, just and peaceful. There are now Muslim-only laundromats, tahfiz schools exempted from safety regulations by default of piety, futsal-playing Muslim men barred from wearing shorts, and the never-ending moral policing of clothes, where we eat, what utensils we use and what animals to blur out during prime time television. All these because Muslims are often reminded that we are easily confused and that there is an ominous threat looming above us that endangers our values.

I am sick and tired of well-meaning kook jobs asking us to find the middle ground. There can be no middle ground when it comes to certain people. In addition, when those people are supported by the state in their religious preoccupations, the idea that the average Joe Rakyat has to make compromises and learn to co-exist is complete horse manure.

Every time the aggrieved cottage industry of Muslim provocateurs flexes its muscles, we are told that this is a multi-racial and religious country but it is always incumbent on the non-Muslim – the other – to find a way to live peacefully while our public and private spaces are invaded by mendacious bigots, who claim that non-Muslims are unclean and are a detriment to their way of life.

Najib went with what some have aptly described as “bunga mas” tribute to see his “friend” Trump. Trump interjected “Great” periodically while Najib voiced his proposals to help the American economy but his body language – arms folded hard over his chest – seemed to indicate a negative [incredulous?] opinion. And now… Trump is giving Malaysia a miss despite visiting two of our neighbours? Is there a not-so-subtle message behind this snub? Has all the bad press – notably Newsweek’s “crook” piece – told the President how far he must distance himself from Najib? Will there be some major developments soon in the DoJ actions against the kleptocrats they are bearing down on?

SINGAPORE — The nation’s founding fathers believed passionately in the vision of a multiracial society, and they also wanted to make sure that Singapore would not be viewed by its neighbours as a “Third China”.

That was why the founding fathers — Mr Lee Kuan Yew, Mr Goh Keng Swee, Mr S Rajaratnam, Mr Othman Wok — made multiracialism the fundamental principle on which Singapore was founded, and enshrined it in the Constitution, said Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the People’s Association Kopitalk on last Saturday (Sept 23). The edited transcript of Mr Lee’s speech was released to the media on Friday.

PM Lee noted that Mr Lee, who was Singapore’s founding Prime Minister, summed up what multi-racialism was all about when he said in 1965 — the year Singapore gained independence — that the Republic is “not a Malay nation, not a Chinese nation, not an Indian nation. Everybody will have a place in Singapore”.

His message was meant not only to reassure the minorities, but also to remind the Chinese majority in Singapore never to oppress the non-Chinese, “because they themselves had felt squatted upon when Singapore was in Malaysia”, PM Lee said.

PM Najib Razak’s statement on “Chinese being the first to be targeted if there is no peace” can be interpreted in different ways, but certainly not the way MCA interpreted it.

        1. It is an admission that Umno/BN likes to scapegoat the Chinese community for the destruction they themselves wrought.

        2. It is a veil threat to the Chinese community to toe the line.

Mara Digital Mall, better known as “Low Yat 2”, was launched in December 2015. The mall caters specifically to Malay-bumiputera entrepreneurs and aims to assist Malay-bumiputeras in breaking into the information and communications technology (ICT) market. Today, not even two years since its opening, it has been reportedly struggling to keep up its operations due to declining sales.

What I find highly odd about this news is the fact that only nine months ago, the Rural and Regional Development Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob had announced that the mall was doing amazingly well with a turnover of RM18.4million.

Now, how can a mall which is strategically located, supported by the government and making millions in turnover, all of a sudden fail to attract patrons

I do not know about you, Ang, but I have plenty of times heard many Malay-bumiputera patrons chant, “Kita mesti sokong usahawan Bumiputera untuk berjaya (We must support Bumiputera entrepreneurs to succeed)”.

So with this “bumi must help bumi” mentality, what went wrong?

            Playing monopoly

Perhaps the right person we should pose this question to is Wan Mohamad Zaffuan Wan Mohamad Zin, the young co-founder of WGN Scan Sdn Bhd, the company that is the anchor tenant and main supplier for products at Mara Digital Mall.

I should also mention here that Zaffuan is coincidentally also the managing director of his family business, D’Aquarian (M) Sdn Bhd, a marine engineering solutions provider to the Royal Malaysian Navy, which, according to his own official website, “achieved a turnover of RM70 million from government contracts by providing its service to 13 naval ships with generator sets across five island stations and assistance over 32 locations for radar services”.

Maybe Zaffuan who was recently awarded the Top 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs (100 MIYE Award) 2017 can explain to us how Mara aims to encourage and develop bumiputera entrepreneurship through their Digital Mall if his company enjoys sole distributorship, which denies the traders from learning and sharpening their skills in developing networks, sourcing for suppliers and negotiating for best price and deals.

I suppose we should also ask Ismail Sabri Yaakob – if the government’s aim is to help the Malay-bumiputera entrepreneurs as claimed, why then restrict the traders to only deal with one supplier? What entrepreneurial skill can they possibly learn when it is made compulsory for them to only deal with one supplier who has already been pre-selected for them? And how will the traders compete among each other if they are not given the freedom to choose their own suppliers?

Any trader with common sense would be able to tell you that high demand comes with low price – but with politicians appointing one sole vendor to supply to 40 traders at the mall, no wonder the prices are 10 percent to 12 percent more expensive than products at Low Yat Plaza (as the Malaysian Reserve points out) and the demand is declining.

This makes me wonder, is the government genuinely aiming to support Malay-bumiputera entrepreneurs?

I hope Mara Digital Mall’s struggle gives out a crystal clear message to the government that the Malay-bumiputeras are not fools to continue supporting their own kind when it does not benefit themselves at all. With the rise in cost of living, who cares from whom we get our handphones, laptops and gadgets – as long as it is cheap and of sensible quality, kira okay-lah.

After all, who cares if it is Chinese Digital Mall, Indian Digital Mall, Malay Digital Mall or Bangla Digital Mall – at the end of the day all these products come from China anyway!

          • a says:

            1. Asking Ang only, eh? Racist arr?

            2. “been reportedly struggling to keep up its operations due to declining sales.” Who said so? You said so? If racist, your views don’t count.

            3. “nine months ago, the Rural and Regional Development Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob had announced that the mall was doing amazingly well with a turnover of RM18.4million.” Don’t believe him? Hv you asked him for the proofs?

            4. “all of a sudden fail to attract patrons”? Only your opinion again? You propaganda-ising against it? Don’t.

Remember that the Malays constitute about 60% of the population. They don’t have much business experience, don’t have a culture of doing business, have only a culture of “berdagang”, no timbang menimbang, no fixing prices, no profit motive, no accumulation of wealth, not like the Chinese have for thousands of years.

For long term peace and unity in this country, the Chinese should assist, not try to sabotage the Malay businesses. Remember that if the Malays boycott Chinese businesses, big effect. So, let’s have co-operate.

            (Continued)

          • a says:

            5. You said, “if his (Zaffuan’s) company enjoys sole distributorship, which denies the traders from learning and sharpening their skills in developing networks, sourcing for suppliers and negotiating for best price and deals.” Who said “denies the traders from learning and ..”? Have u asked the traders?

            6. “I suppose we should also ask Ismail Sabri … why then restrict the traders to only deal with one supplier?” Good. Do ask. Then tell us his answer. You should have asked him that before writing what appears as your malice towards Malay businesses. You can comment, but constructive comments are welcome.

Pls quote the authority for your statement “only deal with one supplier who has already been pre-selected for them?” Isn’t it possible “they are not given the freedom to choose their own suppliers” because of reluctance of other suppliers to do business with the new and emerging IT traders? Or they don’t get the same prices and terms as given to Chinese traders?

            7. If a Bumi trader cannot get prices from suppliers at the same prices and terms as the Chinese traders get, no need to talk about “high demand comes with low price”? And who says their prices are “10 percent to 12 percent more expensive than products at Low Yat Plaza? Why you didn’t give links to the particular Malaysian Reserve article for readers to know the basis of their claim? You also a Lazy Rentseeker, to borrow Ang Tiunama’s words?

            7. I’m also interested in the answer to your question, “is the government genuinely aiming to support Malay-bumiputera entrepreneurs?” My impression is that, overall, they are not. And the Malays have been watching this very eagerly in view of PRU14.

          • a says:

            8. You are trying to sabotage the Malay businesses by instigating, “.. the Malay-bumiputeras are not fools to continue supporting their own kind when it does not benefit themselves at all.”

Blame the gomen for “the rise in cost of living”, but note that there are many “who cares from whom we get our handphones, laptops and gadgets” – “cheap and of sensible quality” is not the only consideration.

            9. You a Chinese, eh? Don’t care whether the “struggling digital mall’ succeed? Saying “who cares if it is Chinese Digital Mall … Malay Digital Mall …”. And who the hell says “all these products come from China”? Strongly for mainland strongly Chinese, are you? Forgetting about Korean h/phones, etc?

Wake up, man. Be reasonable. Don’t try to sabotage Malay businesses. Chinese need to assist or at least co-operate with the Malay businesses for a more equitable distribution of wealth in this country.

For long-term peace and prosperity. So that there’ll be no boycotting Chinese businesses, etc.

IN arguably his hardest-hitting speech yet, former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad told rural voters in Selama, Perak last night that the country’s ruin will be on their heads if they continued to support the Barisan Nasional government.

Speaking to a crowd of about 1,000 people from the surrounding oil palm estates, the Pakatan Harapan chairman said they could no longer feign ignorance of the financial scandals wracking the country.

Dr Mahathir said he believed rural folk understood that massive amounts of taxpayers’ money have been stolen and that they should do their part to kick out the present regime at the coming national polls.

“People say orang kampung (village folk) do not care. That they don’t understand how much a billion ringgit is,” Dr Mahathir told the crowd at the Ceramah Perdana last night.

“I don’t think village folk don’t understand. They have to pay GST (goods and services tax). They understand that the government is running out of money.

“How has the government run out of money? Because its leaders have spent it. They’ve gotten their money illegally by stealing from the people. I think the orang kampung can understand this.”

Selama is an agricultural town 45km north of Taiping in Perak. Most of last night’s audience were from the surrounding villages.

Dr Mahathir then attacked Prime Minister Najib Razak: “If you choose him again, I don’t know what to say.

“If we allow him to be prime minister any longer he will do worse. Why is he buying support? Because people don’t like him. He hopes people can be bought off. If you allow him to do this, the country will be destroyed.”

Dr Mahathir also touched on the US Department of Justice’s investigations into 1 Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), which is alleging that US$4.5 billion (RM18.8 billion) was stolen from the state investor.

“We know where the money went to. It went to Najib. It went to Rosmah (Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor). It went to Jho Low (Malaysian financier Low Taek Jho). It’s frozen in Singapore. It’s in the US and in Switzerland.

“They want to return the money, but they’re waiting. They don’t want to give it back to Najib.”

Dr Mahathir also took Najib to task for selling land to Chinese firms.

“Najib is dangerous to our country. He always sells land. We should not sell our land. If we sell our land, then we will lose it forever. Once it belongs to someone else, we can’t have it back.”

“TRX, Sungai Besi have been sold off. This is Najib’s way. When you owe people, must pay. If you owe Ah Long (loanshark), he will send people to beat you up.

“Najib owes RM55 billion to build the East Coast Railway. He gave the contract to the Chinese. If we can’t pay the Chinese, what will happen?”

The Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak said yesterday that his comment to the United States President Donald Trump on wanting to help strengthen the US economy had been “misconstrued” to “confuse the rakyat.”

Najib clarified: “I said that I was there to strengthen the economy which did not mean that we will contribute to the US economy without receiving anything from its economy.

“I meant that we were not there to ask for alms but that we were there as a successful country which has the potential to be a significant global player.”

Let’s refer to the transcript of the exchange between Najib and Trump at the beginning of Najib’s visit to the White House on Sept 12.

According to the transcript, Najib did not mention a single word about expecting the US to contribute to the Malaysian economy, or that Malaysia was not asking for alms, as Malaysia was a successful country with the potential to be a significant global player.

Were these remarks omitted from the transcript released by the White House itself?

In that case, is the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) going to issue another transcript of what Najib said at the White House in his meeting with President Trump to prove that he had been “misconstrued”?

In the absence of a second transcript and a second video of the Najib-Trump exchange at the start of Najib’s visit to the White House on Sept 12, we can only go by the transcript and 5-minute 58-second video released by the White House.

Can Najib enumerate how his remarks at the White House at the opening of his meeting with President Trump had been misconstrued?

In the absence of an alternative transcript and video, what Najib said at the White House was crystal clear – that he was making his US visit “to help you (US President Trump) in terms of strengthening the US economy” with three “value propositions.”

Like a well-performing child, Trump in his cocky self with arms folded, rewarded Najib with words of approbation of “great”, “great” and “right” when Najib outlined the three “value propositions” to strengthen the US economy – and nothing more!

Nothing great about Mandarin which is mostly spoken in China.

Even so, the Chinese in South China don’t like it, they like to use their mother tongue Hokkien, etc – they even demonstrated in Canton and Hong Kong 1-2 years ago against Beijing enforcing the use of Mandarin for national unity.

But the Chinese in Malaysia are peculiar, want Mandarin in Chinese schools though they don’t speak it at home and elsewhere.

It’s probably them who caused the “over one million views.” They have no clue about national unity – like the Chinese in South China.

National unity will not come about easily as long as there are Chinese schools or such schools use Mandarin as the medium of instruction, the pupils hardly interact with pupils of other races, only a glittering of non-Chinese attending those schools.

Malays appreciate the importance of Mandarin.

The father of Nur Afifah Elias was so adamant that she learn Mandarin in school that he even looked in the Chinese shops near their home in Tikam Batu, Kedah, for someone to help her with the homework.

The 22-year-old Beijing Foreign Studies University student said that her neighbours also chipped in to help her with the lessons.

Her father, a Science teacher who believes that the extra language skill will be useful for his children in the future, had sent both Nur Afifah and her elder sister to a Chinese school.

“My father brought our homework to the nearby Chinese shops to ask for help. Every time we talked about this at family gatherings, we would laugh about it,” she said.

Last week, the fourth-year student in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language defeated her rivals from Russia, South Korea, Italy and others to come in second at the 2017 Jia Gu Wen Cup “Chinese and Me” Mandarin public speaking competition in Henan province.

Another Malaysian student, Lin Syahirah Hishamuddin from the Beijing Language and Culture University, won a consolation prize.

In the competition, Nur Afifah talked about the Chinese characters that make up her name.

“My Chinese name is Xu Man Wen. It is a name I obtained by ‘lucky pick’ after I came to China. One day, my teacher gave us a few names to pick and I got this one. I loved it straight away because it means ‘beautiful articles’,” she said.

However, Nur Afifah’s journey to learn Chinese has not been easy and she had no idea what the language was like before entering school.

She took extra lessons, listened to Mandarin songs and watched movies in that language. She also had to travel more than an hour to the school, SJK (C) Chung Ling in Butterworth, daily.

“It was worth the hard work. I love the Chinese language and feel proud when others praise me for being able to speak Mandarin,” she added.

“I thank my parents for sending me to a Chinese school. I also want to express my appreciation to my teacher Xia Jing and friends who encouraged me to take part in the competition and other activities,” she said

Those who want to study Mandarin, let them. But attending Chinese schools where the medium of instruction is Mandarin, is not the thing to do.

All schools should have BM as the medium of instruction. In line with the Constitution Article 152 stating the national language is Bahasa Malaysia and mother tongue can be used “only other than for official purposes.” Schools are the “official purpose” of any country.

A MAN in Taiwan has been chauffeuring his 24-year-old wife to hotels to sleep with other men to earn a living, Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported.
The man, identified as Chai, said he first felt guilty for prostituting his wife.

However, he and his wife decided to continue the “business” as the income was very lucrative.

Their activities were discovered after they were caught by the police recently.

With a slim figure and pretty face, the wife charged at least NT$5,000 (RM534) for each client. On a good day, she takes up to three customers daily.

The paper said the couple got married four years ago and could only earn a living by taking odd jobs. Their financial problems worsened after their baby was born.

It was then the couple decided to go into the prostitution business.

To prevent their earnings from being deducted by middlemen, Chai decided to chauffeur his wife to meet with clients.

And no one in here can tell whether you actually got A for BM. Those “commercial people” are prone to lying and cheating

His most obvious schizophrenia symptom is delusions of grandeur. Deluding himself into thinking and claiming he is very clever, very rich, etc, which he is not:

          1. Claimed to have degrees from “four top US and UK universities” and a string of professional qualifications and awards. When asked, he refused to say even the names of the universities. When told he’d be checked against the Register of graduates of Oxford or Cambridge Universities, he quickly said the name he uses here (made to look like a genuine, full name) is not his own.

          2. Claimed to have “posh” properties in UK, Singapore and Indonesia. Claimed that his family have migrated to Europe bringing their wealth along. Yet admitted he is living in a far-flung, non-commercial or regional centre – Sibu, Sarawak

          3. Claimed to “belong to a family of bankers and industrialists” but refused to say whether from Shanghai or where, yet he is living in non-industrial Sarawak

          4. Claimed to have many friends. But admitted in here last Chinese New Year eve that he went out to buy fried kuayteow for dinner, eating alone and desolate, on a CNY eve

Other examples showing that he is mad:

          1. Always rude, abusive and vulgar in his comments. In the process, he constantly lies, cheats and cons readers here

The bastard Ang Tiunama Peng keeps propagating the words “Melayu bodoh”. He is a Shanghai dog –

“No Dogs and Chinese Allowed”: Ang Tiunama Peng Dog

If not brought in as Cina Bukit “coolies” pendatang from South China by the bloody British colonialists in the late 19th century, “Ang Tiunama Peng”’s forefathers might have run away to this country from the humiliation in Shanghai by the Westerners there.

A particularly striking example of the demeaning, racist way that Chinese were treated in their own country. At a time when Europeans, and especially the British, dominated much of China, a sign at the entrance to the Huangpu Park in Shanghai announced: “No Dogs or Chinese Allowed.”

This is cited in numerous books, including the writings of China’s first republican president, Sun Yat-Sen. Harvard University historian John K. Fairbank refers in his 1986 study, The Great Chinese Revolution (p. 147) to the “sign at the Public Garden on the Shanghai bund, ‘No Dogs or Chinese Allowed’.”

“Dogs and Chinese Not Admitted” Signs in Shanghai

The officially-sanctioned wording of regulations in the municipal parks of foreign-administered Shanghai, the sign placed in Shanghai’s Huangpu Park that read: “Chinese and Dogs Not Admitted.”

Western imperialism in China. For over 60 years before June 1928 most Chinese certainly were barred from the parks administered by the foreign-controlled Shanghai Municipal Council of the International Settlement in Shanghai … the enforcement of the ban varied over time but for the first three decades of the 20th century it was rigidly administered.

Dogs, ball games, cycling and picking of the flowers were also forbidden, but the alleged juxtaposition of the bans on dogs and Chinese became notorious. The potency of “dog” as an insulting and dehumanizing epithet in China undoubtedly exacerbated the insult

        ‘No Dogs and Chinese allowed’

It was the kind of sign that humiliated Chinese during the semi-colonial era before 1949. Signs in foreign-run concession areas would sometimes say: “No Dogs and Chinese allowed.”

        Those days are long over.

But there are certain places that continue to be restricted for Chinese. And I happen to be smack dab in the middle of one. Our office is in what is called the Qijiayuan Diplomatic Compound. It no longer is just for diplomats. While there are some diplomatic missions here, any foreigner with some currency can rent, I believe. At the gates, People’s Armed Police guards stand smartly at attention. They often stop Chinese and ask for identity cards to see if they indeed have jobs here or are part of families residing here.

        http://blogs.mcclatchydc.com/china/2008/03/no-dogs-and-chi.html

Note: Putting the above out is not racist – not intended to insult the Chinese as a race. It is intended to make the racist, anti-Malay and anti-Islam bastard “Ang Tao Peng” in this blog to cease being so. “Ang Tiunama Peng” Chinese.

      • a says:

The bastard Ang Tiunama Peng is seditious and subversive again saying “Mugathir McKutty “use the Malays to screw the Malays”.

“Ang” A Lowly Creature, Always Rude etc

Folks, ever wondered why the bloke calling himself Ang Tao Peng has always been rude, abusive and vulgar, constantly lying, cheating and conning readers in here? That’s because he is seriously complex stricken.

He could not accept the fact that he and his “No Chinese And Dogs Allowed” folks had been a minority in China and still are a minority in Malaysia. He could not claim to be of the Han group – never did so even during his past spat with Mubarak Chan who had said the “Ang” bugger was not even a Chinaman, merely wildly claiming to come from a non-existent family of bankers and industrialists, not even daring to mention Shanghai, the commercial centre of China since a long time ago.

Professor Fei Xiaotong formerly of the University of Hong Kong, a world renown sociologist and anthropologist said the Han group is a majority of 91.6 %, that there are 56 ethnic groups (or nationalities) in China and that there are also several other minority groups left as “un-recognized groups” in contemporary China. The bloke “Ang” may belong to the last category. http://blog.hawaii.edu/aplpj/files/2015/09/APLPJ_16_2_Wang.pdf

“Ang” definitely originates from South China which, according to Professor C.P Fitzgerald, was populated by hill tribes before the Northerners moved south, inter-marriages, hence having the “Cina Bukit” ancestry.

Professor Fei Xiaotong said, “the Han should not be ranked at the same level as other minorities in ethnic structure.” Reading this, “Ang” would be tearing up his hair – if, at 79 years old, he has any left.

So, being so complex-stricken, “Ang” tries to show he excels in any way possible – claiming to be graduate of top universities, family of bankers and industrialists, the cleverest and smartest, and all that kind of shit. But he was and continues to be shitted all the time. That’s why he is rude, abusive and vulgar, lies, cheats and cons practically all the time. Most of his kind are like that, making unity extremely difficult to achieve in Malaysia.

But even in China, unity has always been a big issue. When they faced the invasion of the West, which started with the “Opium War” in the middle of 19th century, they were badly shaken.

Professor Fei Xiaotong noted, “they are worried about the unity of the nation, they have repeatedly emphasized that “the common prosperity of all ethnic groups in China” should be the national goal in the process of modernization. How these ethnic groups, with their different stages of development, can be modernized parallelly in a
high competition of the modern world economic system, is a new issue and new challenge to the Chinese nation.”

The “Ang” bugger of course cannot accept the need for unity in Malaysia. Just because the Chinese have been the richest for decades, he keeps calling the Malays and the Bumiputeras as “lazy rentseekers”, not accepting the fact that, despite not having a culture of doing business, from having just 2% wealth in 1970, the New Economic Policy had gotten for the Malays 23% corporate wealth even during Tun Dr Mahathir’s time. Whereas the lazy rentseeker “Ang” continues to be a lazy rentseeker by rentseeking from fellow lazy rentseekers, taking commission, kickbacks and profit share from all kinds of underworld criminals.

So, old man “Ang” will continue to be at the bottom of the ladder as far as the Han Chinese are concerned, and shitted at by the Hakkas, Hokkiens etc who he despises. No need to say what other ethnics think of the highly racist, obnoxious bugger.

Constantly Lying, Cheating and Conning Schizophrenic Red Bean old man “Ang” –

            1. At first, he cheated on his blogging name, using what appeared to be the full name of a Chinese, presumably in order to gain respect for him as a blogger. When threatened to have his name checked against the list of graduates of “top UK universities” that he claimed to have degrees from, he panicked, and declared that Ang Tao Peng is not his real name.

            2. He claimed to be graduates of not just “two top UK universities”, but also of “two top US universities”. He is mad. Nobody can ever be like that. But when told that, he simply kept quiet. He doesn’t provide proof, substantiation or justification. Saying he’s not obliged to do so. So, we are “obliged” to deem him as Lying, Cheating and Conning Schizophrenic Red Bean old man Ang.

            3. He claimed to be descended from “a clan of bankers and industrialists of East China”, denied being descended from “coolies” of South China brought in by British colonialists in the 19th century onwards. Yet, saying “his folks” having migrated to Europe bringing “a lot of wealth”, he is left plonked in a non-industrialist Malaysia and living in Sarawak (he claimed, though likely to be in Penang, a Red Bean, using so many names and pretending to be so many personalities. He knows the term “multiple personalty disorder” and the symptoms well).

            4. In the beginning of his foray in this blog, he portrayed the image of, and did say he was a retiree, an old man, expressing the style of the usual Red Beans gang (those engaged by DAP to terrorize blogosphere during PRU13 election campaign, writing in uncontrolled fashion, often rude, abusive and vulgar, wild, unsubstantiated and unjustified claims and allegations). But when accused of being among the hooligans that caused the race riots of 1969, he denied being around, physically and age-wise, at that time. Lying again.

            5. He lied, cheated and conned so often that he even forgot what he lied and conned. And got caught several times in the process. I’m therefore quite sure readers would treat what he writes here as jokes and would just enjoy the fun and entertainment on and out of the schizophrenic old man Ang who stubbornly refused to take his pills.

Other than Constantly Lying, Cheating and Conning, Ang Tao Peng is a mad person. Diagnosed having schizophrenia.

Despite being periodically reminded to take his pills, he refused to do so. His abuses here must be disabused by responding to his comment each and every time he shows up. So that the non-regular visitors know the comments come from a madman and are not to be believed.

            2. Always puts out loose opinions, makes unsubstantiated, unjustified and not-even-explained wild claims and allegations

However, they were having difficulty getting the process done as both were not fluent in English and could not speak Malay.

BEIJING: The father of Nur Afifah Elias was so adamant that she learn Mandarin in school that he even looked in the Chinese shops near their home in Tikam Batu, Kedah, for someone to help her with the homework.

Komantsu Yota from Japan was the champion in the contest for international students.

Again the bastard Ang Tiunama Peng deliberately tries to propagate the Melayu bodoh words. He should be dragged to the seaside, pushed face downwards to the sand, his assol shoved with a sharpened bamboo, Malacca Sultanate-style.

“Ang”s Seditious, Propagating “Melayu bodoh” remarks

The bastard Ang Tiunama Peng has been repeating the highly seditious “Melayu bodoh” words.

That stems from your dislike of the Malays having a Special Position enshrined as Article 153 of the Constitution of the country at Merdeka, which was extended to the Bumiputeras of Sabah and Sarawak upon the formation of Malaysia. You have also stated your dislike of the Bumiputeras in a few of your comments.

      Several reasons for your dislike:

      1. You are mad. You also dislike your own kind – the Hakkas and the Hokkiens. Mubarak Chan a few months ago observed that you are not “a Chinaman”, not belonging to any clan, you claiming to come from a non-existent “family of bankers and industrialists who have become wealthy and migrated to Europe”, leaving you poor sod in one corner of this country, with no family or friends, so pathetic that last Chinese New Year eve you wrote in here that you were going out to buy fried kueteow, eating alone and solitary on CNY eve.

      2. You have the Mongol, Manchurian and the hill tribes of South China (Cina Bukit) blood, your ancestors brought here as coolies by the British colonialists. As a toddler you were left by the pig sty while your parents toiled in the fields; hungry, you toddled along, found pig shit, put it in your mouth, ate it, time and again. Hence you smell pig shit every time you open your mouth to this day even at 79 years old.

      3. Coming from the background stated above, life was so hard, endlessly struggling to make ends meet, your family members don’t talk but shout to one another, you had no upbringing and naturally developed the habit of always being rude, abusive and vulgar, constantly lying, cheating and conning others, as stated in your CV.

      4. In adulthood, you got to know of your kind being wealthy, studying abroad and such, and you signed to work as a sailor on a merchant naval ship, signing off at destination, got a job in a Chinese restaurant abroad. There, you fantasized being one of those educated and wealthy. Hence you madly claimed being a graduate of “four top US and UK universities” when, in fact, you only got a “Chinatown University” degree conferred upon you out of the years of toiling variously as a dishwasher, cook and waiter at Chinese restaurants in the Chinatowns of US and UK. Your schizophrenic delusion of grandeur developed out of those years of chopping vegetables and cooking and table-waiting the rich patrons of the restaurants.

      5. Your Cina Bukit etc bloodline produced your pig headed stubbornness, otherwise known as ultra kiasu. You never accepted the fact that the Malays had agreed to the citizenship right of the pendatang at Merdeka and that the quid pro quo, the Malay Special Position, was placed by the British colonialists in the draft of the Constitution which was duly debated and approved by Parliament and became enshrined at Merdeka. That Special Position was extended to the Bumiputeras of Sabah and Sarawak upon the formation of Malaysia.

      6. That “Special Position was there since day one,” said the British Colonial Secretary when debating the Malaya Independence Bill in the British Parliament – example being, when they wanted to set up a trading post in Penang, they sought the permission of the Sultan of Kedah. So, “old man “Ang Tiunama Ang”, respect the Constitution and live by it fully. You are subversive when you say you are Second Class Citizen just because the Malays and the Bumiputeras have Special Position and you don’t. If you and the likes of you don’t accept it, migrate.

You will be whacked and shitted each and every time you come in with rude, abusive and vulgar comments, and your head blasted with the above facts – and more when you make seditious and subversive remarks.

The bastard using the name “Ang Tao Peng” gravely insults the Malays from time to time.

I cannot insult the Chinese as it’s seditious. But I’ll speak about why he does the above. And fuck him as much as possible in the hope that STL deletes such a comment above and whenever it appears again in the future.

The bastard old man “Ang”s mentality stems from a mix blood of marauding Mongol and Manchurian invaders, conquerors and rulers of China in the 13th and 17-20th centuries respectively. And the hill tribes of south China that history professors say those in south China are invariably descended from, that led to the uncouth ones of the coolie-descended pendatang Chinese being called Cina Bukit since decades ago in this country.

Uncouth = uncivilized, uncultured, uncultivated, unrefined, unpolished, unsophisticated, bush-league, common, plebeian, low, rough, rough-hewn, coarse, loutish, boorish, oafish, etc,

That kind of Cina Bukit is always rude, abusive and vulgar. Using foul language, caustic, acidic, sarcastic in a scathing and bitter way.

Caustic = sarcastic, cutting, biting, mordant, sharp, bitter, scathing, derisive, sardonic, ironic, scornful, trenchant, acerbic, abrasive, vitriolic, acidulous.

This bastard “Ang” was a huge mistake in birth. He should not have been born. When his father was fucking his mother, she was complaining all sorts, uttering so much vitriol about their hard luck in life that the bitterness was transmitted in the semen that developed into a foetus that came out through his mother’s cunt 9 months later.

That was the psychology of the baby forming right at birth. Miserably hard life as coolies for generations in this country, resented by the mother and right to the boy. Growing up, he found worse: he found himself a pendatang having no special position like the Malays, the majority in this country have, calling himself “second class” etc, despite having got citizenship right. The bitterness grew.

He rebelled against the system, the establishment, not respecting the Constitution, the laws, the local culture, the norms of behaviour. He decided to abscond, migrate, like many others, including Pasir Pinji assemblyman Howard Lee Chuan How, as alleged in the current STL post.

Alas, being uncouth, the bastard old man “Ang” could not and did not fit in the local culture abroad as well. He was shunned and he returned. But bad habits and uncouth manners didn’t disappear. Still angry at his own misfortune of being born of coolie and Cina Bukit descent, still thinking he’s not equal to the majority of the population, resenting that and the constitution that he does not want to respect and abide by.

But he has no funds and is so old to migrate again. So, he vents his frustration in here. And, being always rude and seditious, he shall gut fucked and fucked until he goes literally dead.

The Star publishes a letter from a University Sains Penang bloke. Narrow-minded, boot-polishing kind. Saying “Malaysia showed mettle as an equal partner”. What a joke.

“Najib Tun Razak’s visit to the White House marked a new era in international relations between an emerging nation and an established and mature one,” said he.

Contradiction in terms right at the beginning. How can “an emerging nation and an established and mature one” be equal partner. Mutually-respecting partners, maybe. Even so, Trump entertained Najib in a rushed-up fashion. Much has been said on that.

But a lousy reflection of a University bloke (unless he is a non-academic, only a support staff) saying, “Normally, the head of state of a small country like Malaysia would have to pay homage and be subservient when visiting a mighty and powerful country like the United States.” What pay homage, what subservient? That alone shows his thinking that Najib is of the “pay homage and subservient” category?

True enough, he had to say about complex-stricken Najib, saying the man “visited the US not to curry favour ..” Then shows his stupidity, saying “Malaysia aims to lend its expertise in the fight against terrorism ..” What ta … the bloke has no clue of the vast resources US has in that field. He should have said “lend a hand .. give co-operation,” and the like.

And he repeated the joke about Malaysia “pledging to help strengthen the US economy by investing in infrastructure development to the tune of US$20 bil.” That speaks volumes of the strength of Malaysia’s economy, said the fellow, whose head has a very low volume of grey matter.

Oooooo, what he is concerned about is “dispelling the notion of Malaysia being a third world country looking for handouts.” That notion is prevalent under Najib, eh?

This guy is really complex stricken, saying “No doubt we may be ridiculed ..” But whoever says “Malaysia has never been afraid to accept challenges …”? Mr Cash Is King has not even dared to challenge and sue Sarawak Report, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, etc over their reports on 1MDB.

Even as the first casualty of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) foreign exchange losses occurs, it is clear that the commission has not established much going by the proceedings which ended two days ago.

If the political intention in the setting up of this inquiry, or inquisition as some have called it, is to ascribe blame to and imply benefit to some – especially the prime minister at the time, Dr Mahathir Mohamad – it has not been conclusive.

  10. Opposition Can Win Pru14 says:

AP Interview: Mahathir says opposition can win Malaysia vote

    Excerpts –

Mahathir said in an Associated Press interview the opposition alliance campaigning to topple the country’s corruption-tainted leader can win the next general elections and pull Malaysia back from a slide into kleptocracy.

He says the opposition alliance campaigning to topple the country’s corruption-tainted leader can win the next general elections and pull Malaysia back from a slide into kleptocracy.

.. a bid to oust his protege, Prime Minister Najib Razak, who has clung to power despite an epic corruption scandal that involved hundreds of millions of dollars (US) passing through his bank accounts.

.. the opposition coalition he has spearheaded to contest elections due by mid-2018 is tapping into anger at the corruption scandal and the rising cost of living.

“Lots of people feel that Najib has destroyed much that has been built for this country,” he said.

“People are calling our leader a crook. That is not something I would like to see perpetuated. It must change back to the days when we were doing well.”

Najib has sacked critics in his own government including an attorney-general and deputy prime minister and muzzled the media since the corruption scandal erupted two years ago. The U.S. and several other countries are investigating allegations of cross-border embezzlement and money laundering at 1MDB, a state investment fund set up and previously led by Najib to promote economic development but which accumulated billions in debt.

The U.S. Justice Department says at least $4.5 billion was stolen from 1MDB by associates of Najib, and it is working to seize $1.7 billion taken from the fund to buy assets in the U.S, potentially its largest asset seizure ever.

Its complaint filed with a U.S. District Court says more than $700 million landed in the accounts of “Malaysian Official 1,” which it did not name but through descriptions of that official’s role in the fund and government, as well as other details, made clear was Najib.

Mahathir said he doesn’t want to be prime minister again and that his aim is simply to topple Najib and restore Malaysia’s reputation.

Despite speculation that Najib may call elections this year, Mahathir said he believes polls will be held in 2018 because Najib wants time to strengthen his support in eastern Sabah and Sarawak states on the island of Borneo.

The two states, both strongholds of rural Malay support for the governing National Front coalition, jointly contribute about a quarter of parliamentary seats and helped Najib win the 2013 polls despite losing the national popular vote to the opposition for the first time.

“We will win support on the ground,” Mahathir said. “We hope to win with a simple majority.”

“Whatever may be the differences in the past, the problem that we face with Najib is far greater. If we don’t get rid of him, we will achieve nothing,” he said.

Mahathir said he once thought Najib would be admired like his father — Malaysia’s second Prime Minister Abdul Razak Hussein — but Najib went “from bad to worse” with the 1MDB scandal.

Even more dramatically, Mahathir this year persuaded his former political nemesis, including opposition icon Anwar Ibrahim who was imprisoned on Mahathir’s watch, to accept Bersatu into Anwar’s opposition coalition.

Mahathir said there is a deep reservoir of anger among urban voters, and while the rural poor might not feel affected by the graft scandal, they are upset by a higher cost of living that partly stems from an unpopular goods and services tax.

Najib’s meeting last week with President Donald Trump was aimed at seeking political legitimacy, Mahathir said, but it backfired after he pledged billions of dollars of investment for the U.S. economy while there are economic problems at home.

“This country has the capacity to become a fully developed country if the right policy and plans are carried out,” he said. But under Najib, we “run the risk of becoming a bankrupt country, a failed country.”

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a form of “talk therapy” designed to give patients the skills to identify and interrupt patterns of negative thinking and reflexive behaviours that may contribute to mental health problems.

A team of researchers from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and the University of Queensland in Australia analysed the effect of CBT on Malaysians. Malaysia arrests seven suspected of involvement with Abu Sayyaf militant group

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Malaysia has arrested seven Philippine men suspected of involvement in activities of the Abu Sayyaf militant group, police said on Thursday, as concern grows in Southeast Asia over the possible expansion of militant Islamist activity.

And note that they are Filipino blokes who entered Malaysia via Sandakan and came to KL using forged documents.

Since 2013, Malaysia has detained more than 300 people with suspected links to Islamic State.

Governments in Southeast Asia have been worried over the possible expansion of Islamic State as the group loses ground in the Middle East.

the bloke comes out again with worm writing in a blog where the readers are used to BI or BM, possibly thinking his is a higher culture, not respecting the Constitution of the country Article 152 stating the National Language of the country is BM.

          He should read the following:

The Myth of the Chinese Cultural Pre-eminence

Ancient Chinese records aggrandized Chinese culture while at the same time denying the achievements of other cultures and races. Chinese historical documents had often been re-written, making it difficult to ascertain the truths.

The burning of the books occurred not just over 2,000 years ago during Emperor Chin Shih Huang Di, but also in the 1960s during the so-called Cultural Revolution of Mao Zedong.

Chinese history claimed China as the “Middle Kingdom”, others around them, and even far away, as “barbaric and uncivilized”.

Those thinking theirs is a higher culture and others have a lower one must read what History Professor Wang Gung-Wu (formerly of Universiti Malaya, now in Singapore?) said in his essay “Early Ming Relations with S.E.Asia” pg. 36:

“ … All peoples who believed that they alone were civilized did so because they thought their neighbours less civilized than themselves. This view was often proved wrong by subsequent contact with other civilized peoples.”

Another academician, Albert Kolb, also pointed out in his book, “East Asia”, 1971,

“For a long time, it (Chinese culture) was taken to be older, and possibly also richer in original features, than in fact it is”. (Pg 25).

“Chinese culture cannot be thought of as originally Chinese because the Chinese themselves emerged gradually as a blend of many races and peoples”. (Pg 26).

According to Professor Wolfram Eberhard, in his book “A History of China”, 1977, writings about ancient China were inventions of a later period, what were said to have been done by the Chinese rulers and the dates they were said to have been done appeared to be even later still. All these indicated that historical writings in China were meant to serve certain politico-ethical objectives.

These are the words Professor Eberhard himself wrote:

“Furthermore, we can now state with certainty that the historical data which were given in written documents for times down to 1,000 BC are false. They are the result of astronomical-astrological calculations, made by specialists of later times who pursued their own special political aims by doing these calculations”. (Pg 1).

    Interesting news:

Lim Kit Siang questioned if the RCI was ended early to avoid calling up Najib – implicated by Mahathir as among those previously opposed to an RCI on the forex scandal – as a witness.

Mahathir, in a blog post, also questioned whether Najib offered UK Prime Minister Theresa May anything in their meeting, as he did with US President Donald Trump.

Maybe Najib has not much interest in getting into the good books of Theresa May as of mentally deranged (title conferred by the North Korean leader) Donald Trump. Being of unsound mind has its advantages.

  20. Lousy Treatment In US says:

Where got Najib got good treatment by Donald Trump?

When Tun Mahathir made his official visit to the US, the US government sent the President’s special aircraft to La Guardia airport, New York, for him and wife wife to go to Washington. From the Andrews Air Base, he was flown by the President’s helicopter to Washington city.

Two stretched limousines were made available to him at the hotel to go to the White House. The darkened window of the car blocked the crowd from finding out which car Tun Mahathir was in. The Malaysian flags on the cars look like Malaysian flags. The Americans waved their hands along the way.

President Reagan met Tun Mahathir, as usual, in front of the fireplace and held a conversation with him, together with the Vice President, Bush (Senior).

Then there was a meeting of two delegations in a special meeting room. This is followed by lunch and a press conference. All these were recorded by the US President’s Office and are available in the Ronald Reagan Library.

But Najib was greeted at Washington Airport by the Malaysian Ambassador. Najib used a Mercedes car (presumably Malaysian-owned), not the US government stretched limousines.

Najib’s meeting with Trump was for only 30 minutes. There was no lunch and no Press Conference.

Considering the 30 minutes meeting time was so limited, and Najib’s offer to Trump was so high, amounting to almost 100 billion Ringgit, the cost incurred by Malaysia was 3.3 billion Ringgit i,e 3.300 million Ringgit per minute. This can be a world record.

“The Malaysian prime minister’s threat of violence (wow, “threat of violence”, the commenter says) – Islamic State (IS) or otherwise – against the Chinese community is the kind of political malfeasance demonstrating … ”

And mention of “creating instability” and “a declaration of a state of emergency”, too.

“The reality is that Umno is demonstrating that if they lose power (even by a small margin), they will resort to creating instability using whatever means at their disposal. Does this sound seditious? Well, this rejoinder comes from a former Umno president and longest serving prime minister of this region and now de facto opposition leader, Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

To recap: “Either that or the government would refuse to admit defeat. The opposition would be accused of cheating. No evidence would be needed for the government to declare this. The bullies in BN would be ready to create instability. On this basis, there could be a declaration of a state of emergency and Parliament would be suspended,” he said in a posting on his blog, Chedet.

  23. Mahathir For PM says:

I missed the following report by the British national news agency Reuters – many others must have, too:

Malaysiakini Readers Favour Mahathir For PM

(Reuters) – More than two-thirds of readers of a liberal-leaning Malaysian news site have backed former premier Mahathir Mohamad to be prime minister, the portal said on Thursday.

Mahathir, 92, served as prime minister for 22 years, earning a reputation as a no-nonsense authoritarian with little time for dissenters promoting liberal values.

But he has recently emerged as a prominent critic of Prime Minister Najib Razak, a former protégé who last year became ensnared in controversy over a multi-billion dollar financial scandal at a state fund.

Mahathir’s criticism of the prime minister has endeared him to voters who in the past would have shunned both of them.

Malaysiakini.com news portal, which is often accused by government supporters of favoring the opposition, found in a poll that 69.9 percent of its readers would support Mahathir as opposition candidate for prime minister.

He told Reuters in an interview in March he had no desire to return as prime minister but would be willing to serve as an adviser.

Malaysia’s longest-serving prime minister quit the ruling United Malays National Organisation party last year in response to the graft allegations surrounding Najib.

Mahathir has formed a new party and joined an opposition coalition aiming to oust Najib.

According to the Malaysian Digital Association, which tracks top websites, Malaysiakini is Malaysia’s second most popular news website, with nearly 700,000 unique visitors in March.

A total of 12,777 people were surveyed by the news portal.

        2. Always puts out loose opinions, makes unsubstantiated, unjustified and not-even-explained wild claims and allegations

        3. Often racist, seditious and subversive. Anti-Malays, anti-Islam, even anti-Hakkas and anti-Hokkiens. To the extent that Mubarak Chan has noted an observation that Ang is not a Chinaman

        4. Keeps talking about the exiatence of a “moderator” in a non-moderated blog like STL where anyone can write a comment, click the “Post Comment” button and it’ll automatically appear on the blog page without a moderator making it so

        5. At 79 years old, mad Ang often behaves like a child. Always name calling and saying such things as DAP = Dead And Past party, DAP = Duplicitous Amoral Party, DAP = Desperate And Panicky party, etc. That’s another sign that he is mad.

Standard euphemisms about Trump’s mental health – Crazy. Erratic. Unpredictable. Unstable. Unmoored. Temperamentally unfit.

Now, some psychiatrists and other mental-health professionals are shedding long-held norms to argue that Trump’s condition presents risks to the nation and the world.

“The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump” features more than two dozen essays breaking down the president’s perceived traits, which the contributors find consistent with symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder, sociopathy and other maladies. Like NPD Ang Tiunama Peng.

“Collectively with our coauthors, we warn that anyone as mentally unstable as Mr. Trump simply should not be entrusted with the life-and-death powers of the presidency,” Judith Lewis Herman of Harvard Medical School and Bandy X. Lee of the Yale School of Medicine write in the book’s prologue.

Trump displays signs of “extreme present hedonism,” the tendency to live in the moment without considering consequences, seeking to bolster one’s self-esteem no matter the risk. Or he exhibits “narcissistic personality disorder,” which includes believing you’re better than others, exaggerating your achievements and expecting constant praise. Ang Tiunama never gets any praise, only shit.

Combine hedonism, narcissism and bullying, and you get “an impulsive, immature, incompetent person who, when in the position of ultimate power, easily slides into the role of the tyrant,” Philip Zimbardo (of the famous Stanford prison experiment) and Rosemary Sword write. Alas, Ang Tiunama cannot bbe even 1% of a tyrant, only a nuisance.

Don’t rock the boat, Najib, or all of us will drown

The combination of his political thuggery and arrogance has never endeared Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to the Malaysian rakyat, despite his best efforts to woo them.

Good leaders motivate, not manipulate. Good leaders know what they want of the rakyat, and do not give confusing messages. Good leaders consider the needs of the electorate, not of themselves.

Good leaders think of long-term benefits, not short-term gains.

At the “Malaysian Chinese Patriotic Rally” held at the Putra World Trade Centre on Sept 16, Najib told the Chinese community that if trouble and violence were to engulf Malaysia, the Chinese would be the first to be targeted.

The real enemy of the Malays

Do not be deceived into thinking that Mahathir is the enemy of the Malays. Nor is it right to think that the DAP is the enemy.

Umno-Baru is Mahathir’s creation. It was formed after the public spat between Mahathir and Tengku Razaleigh, during the 1987 party presidential election.

Just imagine the pain that the mother of a delinquent, goes through, when she has failed to reform her criminal son. In the end, the only way to “help” him, is to report him to the police.

The mother’s anguish is a metaphor for Mahathir and Umno-Baru, the party he conceived. The Umno-Baru members must feel betrayed; Mahathir, probably feels that he must be cruel to be kind.

Cast our minds back to 1987. Mahathir, with the backing of his supporters, including Najib Abdul Razak, created Umno-Baru.

The real enemies of the Malays are those who ignore the rule of law, who are corrupt and who rule by oppression…

Addressing the crowd doing his almost hour-long speech, Mahathir took aim at the Petroleum Development Act 1974, which was seen as the point where East Malaysia gave up its petroleum rights to the federal government in exchange for a meagre five percent royalty payment.

But then, the bastard Ang Tiunama Peng is one-track minded, in the nasty habit of name-calling present and past leaders. Well, I am one-track minded in whacking and shitting him.

Each day, our values, culture, politics and religion are being reshaped and redefined by extremists; the longer it goes on, the harder it will be to get back on track again.

The Sultan of Johor has shown what inspired leadership can do in curbing extremism and intolerance. By firmly and decisively taking a stand on intolerance in his state, overruling even his own religious officials, he quickly nipped in the bud a dangerous trend.

Little wonder why Johoreans, and a great many other Malaysians as well, look up to him.

If only all our politicians would follow his courageous example.

“Anina disappointed with Dr M for ‘rubbish’ label on quitters”

    By Tarrence Tan

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Pribumi) founding member Anina Saadudin is disappointed that party chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had labelled those who quit the party as “rubbish”.

“If he really was describing me as garbage, then I will accept it with a heavy heart and disappointment,” Anina said.

Anina said she found it hard to believe that a prominent statesman like Dr Mahathir, who had led the country for 22 years, could have uttered such a scathing remark.

On Sept 22, Dr Mahathir criticised Pribumi members who left the party during an event at the Bukit Merah Lake Town Resort, Perak.

“There are some people who are unhappy with the leadership, that’s why they want to quit.

“Well, we always sweep away ‘rubbish’. If these people want to quit willingly, it’s okay. There will be fewer problems and it will make matters easier for us,” he reportedly said.

However, Anina said that she still has respect for Dr Mahathir.

“Dr Mahathir became the PM when I started primary school and he resigned when I graduated from my Masters (programme).

“I grew up knowing him as my only PM.

“He is still my idol and I respect him very much. But I’m disappointed,” Anina said.

Anina, one of Pribumi’s seven founding members, announced her resignation last Saturday, claiming that the party no longer practised the principles of justice, transparency and integrity in its administration.

Shortly after Anina’s resignation, Pribumi vice-president Datuk Hamidah Osman also announced her decision to leave the party.

Hamidah’s departure comes days after her sister Hamizura posted a racially-charged message on Facebook, sparking outrage among some party leaders.

Now DoJ is focusing on the criminal aspects of their investigations on
1MDB and their 251 page report to the court on their asset seizure action mentioned “MO1” 16 times. It’ll be God send if DoJ puts out a press statement just befor e the elections revealing details of “MO1” and the crimes committed. That’s not impossible because DoJ is committed to bringing down kleptocrats, they having a Kleptocracy Section in their outfit.

    “Dr M’s comment unbelievable”

KOTA KINABALU: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Raymond Tan yesterday expressed his disbelief towards former Prime Minister Tun Mahathir Mohamed’s comment of reviewing Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) and renegotiate with Sarawak and Sabah a deal that was fair to all parties.

“It is unbelievable when Mahathir says there are many things that we can do by revising the original agreement between Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia. First, he has got it wrong that MA63, which was signed on July 9, 1963, was only a tripartite agreement and an ordinary one that we can simply make changes,” he said.

“Perhaps he has not even sighted or read the agreement,” Raymond chided.

He said MA63 had provided the legal foundation that created Malaysia as a nation and attached in its Annexures were the constitutions of Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

“MA63 cannot be simply re-written or replaced. It is a lie to say that there are many things we can do by revising MA63 and he gets dangerously close to not recognising the formation of Malaysia and also in total disregard of the history of the nation,” said Raymond.

He said Mahathir was not aware that there was an Inter-Government Committee in 1962 with the British, Malayan, North Borneo (Sabah) and Sarawak governments to work out the future constitutional arrangements, including safeguards for the special interests of Sabah and Sarawak to cover all matters such as religious freedom, education, representation in the federal parliament, the position of the indigenous races, control of immigration, citizenship and the state constitutions.

The report of the committee was signed on February 27, 1963.

Chapter 3 and Annexes A and B of the report sets out the legislative lists of powers, administrative arrangements and assurances for Sabah and Sarawak, said Raymond.

“It is important to note that these special rights are valid and enforceable even if they are not expressly provided for under the Constitution,” he said.

He said there was so much more interest and awareness among many political leaders in Sabah on the special rights of Sabah.

“Most of us do not ask for anything more but we want to protect our special rights. Nobody in Sabah, in his right mind, would be interested to renegotiate a new deal with Mahathir or Pakatan Harapan,” he said.

He added that there was one clear case of Mahathir as Prime Minister in 1983 where he revoked a legislative right of Sabah provided under MA63 but not Sarawak.

“He did so without going to parliament and only used Article 95C of the Federal Constitution,” he said.

He added that this was with regard to the state’s legislative right on electricity; gas and gas works; and other works for the production and distribution of power and energy.

“Action is taken now to correct this abuse he committed as head of the federal government,” said Raymond.

He said as far as Sabah was concerned, the state has to protect her special positions together with Sarawak in the Federation of Malaysia because the state has special rights.

“In this respect, we are more superior than Selangor, Pulau Pinang and Kelantan under Pakatan Harapan governments. It does not matter if you put us last in the list of names for the states in Malaysia, arranged in alphabetical order in the Federal Constitution in 1976, so long as we have special rights,” he said.

Raymond said it was Pakatan Harapan’s propaganda ingenuity to say Sabah and Sarawak had been downgraded because the two states were not at the top of the list of names for the states in Malaysia.

“Is Pakatan Harapan making this excuse as a reason to remove the special rights of Sabah and Sarawak, so as Mahathir says, fair to all the regions of Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia?”

He reminded that in 1996, Mahathir in his campaign for national integration, proposed to Sabah and Sarawak to surrender their immigration rights so that Malaysians from Peninsula could enter the states without passports and no Malaysians from Peninsula could be barred from entering the states.

“Fortunately, the state leaderships maintained our special rights. I believe Mahathir and the Pakatan Harapan leaders still have plans to remove our immigration rights. There are so many complaints from their leaders,” he said.

Regarding Lim Kit Siang’s call on Sarawak and Sabah to give Pakatan Harapan two-thirds majority in parliament, Raymond said it was clear that the new deal was with the condition that Pakatan Harapan had to win 40 parliamentary seats in Sabah and Sarawak.

“The priority is Pakatan Harapan getting to Putrajaya and clearly the party has no interest in the states at all,” said Raymond.

He reminded that Kit Siang had never mentioned about special rights of Sabah and Sarawak under MA63 and the Federal Constitution, so no details were given by Kit Siang as to what review Pakatan Harapan was going to do anyway.

At the same time, Raymond also mentioned that it was hard to find any laws or policies that were passed by parliament only after consultation with the states when Mahathir was Prime Minister.

Raymond said Mahathir never did so because he had never acknowledged the special positions of Sabah and Sarawak before.”

Saying “it was hard to find any laws or policies that were passed by parliament only after consultation with the states when Mahathir was Prime Minister” again shows that Tun had, in fact, done consultation. Ladies & Gentlemen. Willy-nilly the foreign Lee Kuan Yew founded Singaporean Trojan Horse DAP has 3 contending groups deep inside its bowels. In politics, it is only a matter of time, before one group gains its ascendancy over the rest in its quest for power. As I see it, the first group of ageing hard-core small Chinese businessmen and educationists led by the Dynamic Duo is fast fading in its dynamism and vision due to over 50 years of inaction but only lip-service in keeping with its spiritual leader Lee Kuan Yew’s policy – the eternal Opposition. Or the educationists might have found a new alternative. The second group consists of the Evangelists for want of a political home now that they are loaded with Income Tax Free and GST Free money to splash and more, and the carnal instinct which money gives rise to the quest for political power. These Evangelists must act soon with the momentum of over 10 years of evangelistic derring-dos in the DAP political firmament – the tussle for DAP seats for the 14th GE will be the battleground for all opportunists. Those who are seemingly for the Dynamic Duo could change their beliefs overnight for benefits – turning the Dynamic Duo to become tourists in Orchard Road, Singapore. It is as simple as this. They even have WCW as the front man in place to replace the Dynamic Duo – so much for forward planning. The sprinkling of idealists of Malays, Chinese, Indians and others make up the third group will keep on dreaming of the great works of Lee Kuan Yew which are embodied in his Singaporean Trojan Horse DAP. Little do they imagine this Horse will turn into an Evangelistic Donkey soon. It is now or never for the Evangelists to make that vital move to grab power in the DAP and change its name to Divine Action Party !
