This bugger possibly wants to show the superiority of Chines language by using it in an English/BM language blog, without any respect for readers who have frequented this blog for years and years reading English and BM writings only.

          He should read the following:

The Myth of the Chinese Cultural Pre-eminence

Ancient Chinese records aggrandized Chinese culture while at the same time denying the achievements of other cultures and races. Chinese historical documents had often been re-written, making it difficult to ascertain the truths.

The burning of the books occurred not just over 2,000 years ago during Emperor Chin Shih Huang Di, but also in the 1960s during the so-called Cultural Revolution of Mao Zedong.

Chinese history claimed China as the “Middle Kingdom”, others around them, and even far away, as “barbaric and uncivilized”.

Those thinking theirs is a higher culture and others have a lower one must read what History Professor Wang Gung-Wu (formerly of Universiti Malaya, now in Singapore?) said in his essay “Early Ming Relations with S.E.Asia” pg. 36:

“ … All peoples who believed that they alone were civilized did so because they thought their neighbours less civilized than themselves. This view was often proved wrong by subsequent contact with other civilized peoples.”

Another academician, Albert Kolb, also pointed out in his book, “East Asia”, 1971,

“For a long time, it (Chinese culture) was taken to be older, and possibly also richer in original features, than in fact it is”. (Pg 25).

“Chinese culture cannot be thought of as originally Chinese because the Chinese themselves emerged gradually as a blend of many races and peoples”. (Pg 26).

According to Professor Wolfram Eberhard, in his book “A History of China”, 1977, writings about ancient China were inventions of a later period, what were said to have been done by the Chinese rulers and the dates they were said to have been done appeared to be even later still. All these indicated that historical writings in China were meant to serve certain politico-ethical objectives.

These are the words Professor Eberhard himself wrote:

“Furthermore, we can now state with certainty that the historical data which were given in written documents for times down to 1,000 BC are false. They are the result of astronomical-astrological calculations, made by specialists of later times who pursued their own special political aims by doing these calculations”. (Pg 1).

“Ancient Chinese records aggrandized Chinese culture while at the same time denying the achievements of other cultures and races.”

            Which “Ancient Chinese records”, please?

The “ancient Chinese” had too little knowledge about the world outside them to “at the same time denying the achievements of other cultures and races”

You are talking fcuking rubbish, or blindly copy the fcuking rubbish from some fcuking crap source/s you have never fully read!

The countries around China and further away all admired China for its civilisation. Please refer to Joseph Needham’s monumental work “Science and civilisation in China”.

“Chinese history claimed China as the “Middle Kingdom”, others around them, and even far away, as “barbaric and uncivilized”.”

This is an example of gross stupidity!

The Chinese had no knowledge they were “middle” of anywhere. Further, “the center of anywhere, the world – or even the universe” is a white ethnocentric concept, means fcuk all to the Chinese.

To the careless scholar, and dumb fcuking moron like “Dumber-than-DAP” who blindly swallow any dubious crap monkeys churn out, it may sound like “center of attention”, another Western concept which means absolutely fcuk all to the Chinese.

The reason why China is called “Middle Kingdom” is all over the internet. It is only our stupid fcuking moron who never do any basic check before shooting off his big mouth any old crap he swallows, that will keep pushing an old white ethocentric piece of crap!

Here’s one way of putting it for why China is called “Middle Kingdom”, but anyone would have guessed the “ancient” Chinese never saw fully the rest of the world and could not have considered the rest of the world as consisting of kingdoms of which it is culturally ignorant it should sit in the “middle” of!

The “Middle Kingdom” was the one that conquered all the kingdoms (in the now China) that surrounded it, the kingdoms it swallowed up became part of the (“greater”) Middle Kingdom, that’s all.

Most of the crap churned over the term “Middle” (to mean “center of the world”) had no basis, it is not even clear the Chinese took the idea from the Doctrine of the Mean.

What a pile of old bollocks those whites desperate to push they are superior to the rest of the world, and China mustn’t think of itself as “the center of the world”! (Btw, the term “Malay” is another piece of such nonsense invented by the whites, there isn’t such a thing as a “Malay race”!)

That “barbaric and uncivilized” stuff came very much later (than “ancient”), though they not entirely incorrect! The Western world is, in fact, pretty “barbaric and uncivilized” – the monkeys use toilet paper and don’t clean their butts with their paws and play Fireman Sam with a bit of hose!

Still, I won’t worry too much being called all “barbaric and uncivilized”, does it matter? Does it injure any poor little egos? Do we need to get all worked up, run amuck?!

For all I care, we can even call the Chinese “barbaric and uncivilised” and much more, but it does not explain to me why so many “civilised” (and “uncivilised”) countries all gravitate toward China, with one supremacist country (not the Philippines) crawling with begging songkok in hand to such a fake “civilisation” as China!

Now, if we were to look at the matter of whether China really is the “Middle Kingdom” from a scientific perspective, it most likely is!

But please don’t let that hurt any of you out there with a fragile ego but a wild (and easily hurt) “supremacist” streak!

MCA’s women wing has slammed a delegate from its counterpart wing in Umno for suggesting that top posts for government-linked companies (GLC) be reserved to only Malays.

According to the wing, the “rhetorical bigotry” of Wanita Umno delegate from Penang, Bagan division wing chief Hamidah Arshad during Umno’s general assembly, would only make it tougher for multiracial Barisan Nasional to win back the state from DAP.

“The government belongs to and represents all Malaysian citizens irrespective of ethnicity and religion. The government is not a private ownership solely of Wanita Umno,” the wing’s publicity bureau chief Ivone Low Yi Wen said in a statement.

“Tax-paying Malaysians of all races, gender and class contribute towards the government’s coffers for allocations towards all ministries, government agencies including GLCs for national development in every budget.”

Low, who also heads the party’s Beliawanis wing, said Hamidah’s suggestion offends GLC employees by insinuating that they were employed because of their race instead of merit.

“Likewise, her espousals relegate the abilities and talents of all professionals be they contractors, consultants and lawyers currently contracted by Malaysian GLCs as inferior,” Low said.

The wing said Hamidah’s race-based proposal would also mean that non-Malay Bumiputera minorities will be omitted from climbing any corporate or government ladder based on merit.

Umno’s women’s wing chief Tan Sri Shahrizat Jalil yesterday pressed Putrajaya to appoint more women to the board of government-owned companies GLCs.

Pasir Putih Wanita chief Zurina Ripin had also urged Putrajaya to allocate 30 per cent of government contracts on food products to Malay women.

FORTY thousand people wearing yellow shirts gathered in Malaysia’s capital on November 19th, to protest against corruption and impunity in government. The rally was orderly and restrained; the response of the authorities was not. On the eve of the protest, police arrested Maria Chin Abdullah, leader of a coalition of human-rights groups that organised the event. She was placed in solitary confinement, and can be held there for 28 days. Even by Malaysia’s dismal recent standards this marked a fresh low. Ordinary Malaysians should not stand by while their leaders undermine the rule of law so casually.

Ms Chin Abdullah’s detention was justified by an anti-terrorism law which the government had promised would never be used against political opponents. The true motivation was to stifle outrage over 1MDB, a state-owned investment firm from which billions have gone missing. In July American government investigators said they thought that $3.5bn had been taken from the firm and that hundreds of millions of dollars went to the prime minister, Najib Razak (who says he has never taken public funds for personal gain). The investigators’ findings corroborated exposés written by local and foreign journalists, who have been unravelling the saga for several years.

Elsewhere the scandal would have sparked a swift change in government. But the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) has held power for six decades and enjoys broad support from Malaysia’s ethnic-Malay majority, some of whom resent their ethnic-Chinese and Indian compatriots. The party has devised many ways to protect its leaders from internal revolts, so Mr Najib found it easy to purge critics, delay a parliamentary investigation and replace an attorney-general said to have been preparing charges against him.

No one in Malaysia has been charged over 1MDB’s missing money. But a court has handed a prison sentence to an opposition politician who frustrated efforts to hush up the affair. The editor and publisher of one of Malaysia’s last independent news organisations face jail under a rule which forbids certain content published with “intent to annoy”. A competitor closed in March after authorities ordered its website blocked.

Mr Najib’s party is carelessly widening Malaysia’s ethnic and religious splits. Seeking to bolster support among conservative Malay Muslims, it is toying with a proposal to intensify the whippings which may be meted out by sharia courts. It has failed properly to condemn pro-government gangs that last year menacingly gathered in a Chinese part of the capital. Their leaders paint ethnic Malays as victims of sinister conspiracies—dangerous rumour-mongering in a country where politics is still defined by the racial violence of the 1960s.

        Easily broken, hard to fix
Until now foreign investors have been fairly sanguine about the economy. But they are growing rattled. The ringgit has depreciated faster than other emerging-market currencies. Last week the authorities asked foreign banks to stop some ringgit trading abroad, raising fears of harsher controls.

Rural ethnic Malays, a crucial constituency, feel that the scandal is a remote affair. Even some educated urbanites still favour Mr Najib’s government over the opposition, underestimating the damage being done by the scandal. If change is to come, the disparate opposition needs to do a better job of winning such people over; its fractious parties must overcome their divisions and present a plausible candidate to replace Mr Najib in a general election that could be held as soon as next year. Malaysia has always been an imperfect democracy, but the rot eating at its institutions is harming its international standing and its economic prospects alike.

What kind of a leader sits idly by without chastising his party members while the hooligans go on a free rampage to create trouble and cause bodily harm to others?

For all I know he could have quietly acquiesced these acts by his Umno members to cover up the truth about his alleged involvement in the 1MDB mega scandal.

(Pg 1).

“This bugger possibly wants to show the superiority of Chines language… yabber yabber yak yak yak…”

            That “bugger” posted in Japanese!

You need to do a sermon about the Japanese, one time overlord who used traitors and running fcuking pigs in Malaya to run their empire…

          • Ang Tao Peng says:

            Dumber-than-DAP,

Have you got a cut n paste sermon on the Japanese?

May be a tough call, there’s nowhere you can copy your “genius” from!

They are even more “superior” to us than the “Chinese”, they even think worse of our fcuking supremacist than the “Chinese”. The Japanese vocabulary for Malaysian monkeys is more racist than that for the “Chinese”.

We couldn’t get the Japs to pass us fcuking Stone Age technology because they think we are not worth their time, Malaysia has been crawling since Mad Mahitler Mo’s time and still the Japs ignore us and look down on us as bleeding moron monkeys, only gave us expensive ancient crap cars for us to copy.

Then they sell their antique cars of the same versions they dump the blueprints on us for a heck of a lot of money, but with better technology and build.

Malaysians were able to compare “like” and “like” with the cars and discover how the Japs made our supremacists super fcuking stupid arseh*les!

Thankfully, many Malaysians would pay more for the “inferior” antique cars of the Japanesee than to buy crap “modern” version of the same blueprint but built by “superior” Malaysian longkang stupidity!

Malaysia also looked “East” and tried to copy management from the Japanese. The Japanese had a good laugh at our gross inability to learn anything, they were happy to teach that to the Singaporeans whom they pinned more hope on.

In the end and long after been pissed on by the Japanese, our supremacists had no choice but crawl, begging songkok in paws to the Chinese.

Looks like those who refuse to learn a little bit of Chinese are going to get themselves fcuked!

By both the Chinese – and the Japanese!

Whoever posted that chunk of Japanese certainly fcuked whoever had the genius to think it was Chinese!

It was a cheeky trick that only stupid monkeys can fall for!

No fcuking Sun Tzu, “Know your enemy”… shagging off with the usual bunch of dubious rubbish at anything in sight!

            Banzai!

          • Anonymous says:

The Japs ignore us? That’s a skewed observation. They even ignore the mainland Chinese.

“The Japanese had a good laugh at our … happy to teach that to the Singaporeans whom they pinned more hope on.” That’s just your opinion. No facts to support it, who will believe you? You won’t bother people not believing you? If so, why write in here?

“begging songkok in paws to the Chinese”? Your favourite expression that. No feeling for Najib? No feeling as a Malaysian? Why don’t you migrate?

“Looks like those who refuse to learn a little bit of Chinese are going to …” That’s your opinion, again. Worth two cents? I doubt it. Completely worthless.

          • Ang Tao Peng says:

“That’s just your opinion. No facts to support it, who will believe you?”

If you are not blind on top of being excessively stupid, I gave the example of our famous Proton, a car based on ancient technology the Japs sold at high price.

If you haven’t already crippled yourself or died driving a Proton, a coffin on four cheap wheels, Malaysiaboleh’s answer to space science, then you will (with a bit of intelligence) know the difference between our copies and their actual Jap versions.

            And be shocked!

The Japanese (and French, for our copies of French junk cars) do not think much of our moron monkeys (who bought the wrong Lotus), would be capable of doing their marques proud. No prize for the easy guess, we went on to forever produce cars capable only of journeys to a near enough garage or a Proton center run by glorified barely-awake arseh*les.

You can try not be so fcuking lazy and thick, just read up on Jap investment in Singapore (historical, recent), the types of investment, the training and development given to Singaporeans. Singapore was one of the earliest in the world to learn and implement “Q circles” and “zero defect” in management, there were plenty of support by Jap research folks.

Compare that against Jap interest in Malaysia, and how far it has taken Malaysia and Singapore, where both countries are at now… you will get the picture, smell the sake – one day in the future… Or maybe not… Being stupid plus being fcuking lazy will get no one anywhere, leave out that 2020 “vision” bullshit, please!

Q circle, zero defect etc was waste of time, pointless for thick and lazy Malaysians. Proof? – Proton!

Proof? – We endlessly import foreign workers who think for us and do our work!

If we were two percent smart as the Chinese, we would have at least started thinking robotics, which is what the Chinese have already gone into a while now.

I always make the error of assuming our monkeys are at least minimally reasonably well-read.

It is horrendous to realise our fcuking cave monkeys are so stupid that when information is right under their fcuking snouts they don’t know it; when they notice it, they can’t grasp it; when information has been shoved up their pig arseh*les it can’t reach their tiny pig brains!

Yet the clueless thick tree-swinging monkeys keep asking you to provide “proof… evidence… fact… information” none of which they are able to recognise or deal with. It is like our kiasus out to grab everything they can never mind know wtf they can or can’t do with it!

You need a minimum amount of intelligence just to find out you are stupid and from there (hopefully) you will climb the ladder of evolution.

The “Malaysiaboleh” mentality is “can do lah” and that will not take Malaysia anywhere! When our geniuses should be producing flying BMWs, we are producing enemies for our fcuking Proton! That is, if they haven’t died in one first!

We shag off periodically about “cyber” everything and now have even got Jack Ma to terrorise over entering (at last!) the cyber world, but yet our Internet is so turtle-shagging slow that it would be better to train ants to transfer the bits and bytes between computers!

Now, the right Lotus to buy would be only its research arm. MG offered itself to China cheap. Even so, it was not cheap enough for the Chinese. Shows you what good shoppers should be like.

I bet Proton has or is being offered to China. It’s not getting anywhere. It could only be what is the other thing of buy1 get1free. Or what of the rest of Malaysia the Chinese can tapau…

Where is the spinoff for our space travel? Teh tarik that can make Malaysians more intelligent? More interesting? Sing better in karaokes?

Space experiments are mostly for commercial reasons, you want to make lotsa money from any discovery, I suppose it is best to sit under the coconut trees, play the “Deliverance” banjo, sing horribly, and let the Chinese make money out of us by selling us shoddy rubbish.

And then we have to ride their exploding skateboards to China to beg and borrow our money from them!

            Space science, ainnit?!

            It hurts when we laugh!

Again your opinion on ” the difference between our copies and their actual Jap versions.” No facts.

All other statements are also your opinions only, not substantiated by facts: E.g

The Japanese (and French, for our copies of French junk cars) do not think much of our (Lotus?), to forever produce cars capable only of journeys to a near enough garage or a Proton center .. No facts, just opinions.

No proof, again – just your opinion “We endlessly import foreign workers who think for us and do our work!” No authority stated, no facts and figures to support that claim.

Same, no fact just your opinion when saying “If we were two percent smart as the Chinese, we would have at least started thinking robotics, which is what the Chinese have already gone into a while now.” Noauhority stated, no facts and figures. Sound like info plucked from your assol.

You even stated a stupid opinion – “You need a minimum amount of intelligence just to find out you are stupid and from there (hopefully) you will climb the ladder of evolution.”

Or saying, ” When our geniuses should be producing flying BMWs, we are producing enemies for our fcuking Proton!”

If I miss something this time, it will surely surface again as a repeat hours later! And the next day, the following day, next week, next month..!

Nothing particularly wrong, I am quoting verses from the Holy Koran in Chinese.

There is nothing that says I cannot quote from the Koran in Chinese.

There should not be any racist or fascist view about verses from the Holy Koran, be it about “superiority” or otherwise.

There is nothing “inferior” or “superior” about citing the Holy Koran in Chinese.

If so, there is nothing wrong with the Almighty being the judge of all that.

And the Almighty has never complained about the Holy Koran written in Chinese.

So why should I give a flying fcuk about a pipsqueak of a dumb schizo racist and fascist playing the dictator on a site that does not belong to him?!

All thoughts about you strutting around in leather gear, riding crop in hand, goose stepping… are purely schizophrenic delusional. Just because you see yourself like a little Hitler does not mean others would see the same.

          • Ang Tao Peng says:

“Of the same kind as the communist terrorist Chin Peng”

Errr… even your “law of longkang logic” would put our great patriot be he a communist, an “anarchist”, a kopitiam operator, a satay-seller, a bomoh etc in the firm position of a great patriot and nationalist.

Until he refused to toe their line and hand Malaya back and be slave, running pig to the Brit colonialists, Chin Peng was a patriot and a hero to the Brits.

Chin Peng was greatly admired by Spencer Chapman in his book about the activities behind enemy line of the collaboration between the Brits and the anti-Japanese forces.

Yes, we did have traitors during the Japanese occupation. And the Kempetai did have a jolly time in Malaya. But nothing was and still is a glaring as there was a bunch of traitors and running pig stooges for the Japs then.

And then the bunch of running pig traitors went on to become same for the Brits. Albeit like the other puppets then in Vietnam, Cambodia…

Myths, fables, misinformation, propaganda, outright lies, hilarious bullshit was created to legitimatise neo-colonial rule.

The old trick of divide and rule is still clearly entrenched in the lack of wit and lack of style of the running pigs these days without a master to play running pigs to, have to run anywhere to find a new master to kowtow to to keep the kicap train running… *sigh*

It’s only a matter of (a short) time Chin Peng, Rashid Maidin and other great patriots get elevated to their true position in our gravely distorted history which shame-free crude apologists for what is a sham now try even more desperately to bury.

We seem to have a pirated copy of the Zionists, anything not apartheid propaganda and lies is “holocaust denial” and “anti-Semetic”, you “can’t question” the “special status” of the Jews, neither the cock and bull that is “holocaust history”.

“Chin Peng was a patriot and a hero to the Brits”? Says who? Says you? You don’t count, schizophrenic old man Ang.

If Whitehall in London says so, it’s something to think about. You can’t produce evidence on that? Or you simply don’t believe in evidence and facts? Just say what you like and they turn out to be pig shit.

No communist can be a hero in this country, old man. Even Mao Zedong in China – he was cursed by many tens of millions Chinese for the acute hardship and suffering they endured thru decades of economic disaster of one kind or another. His so-called Great Leap Forward brought the country many decades backward.

Then he lost popularity. He concocted the so-called Cultural Revolution to prop it up, where millions of students roamed the countryside, fighting among the factions, many died. All told, the economic suffering, starvation and deaths, plus those dead fighting among themselves during the Cultural Revolution , totalled some 30 million dead. Imagine anyone calling Mao Zedong a hero after that.

Mao your hero, too, schizo old man Ang?

          • Ang Tao Peng says:

In any case, Whitehall did invite Chin Peng and a band of his brothers as heroes in the Victory Parade after WWII. There’s even a photograph of him marching along Traf Square, head held up high with other equally proud victorious patriots!

Why no comment about patriot and hero Rashid Maidin?

Or was he a “traitor” too?

Or you don’t know how to handle a Malay who was communist?

Come on, say something, you schizo dumb fcuk! Either Maidin was a hero and patriot, or he was a “traitor” and “communist terrorist”.

“Mao your hero, too, schizo old man Ang?”

“Mao” must be one of those subjects you read two pages about, didn’t understand, and you are desperate to prove you are “learned”!

“Mao” could be my “hero”, considering after “he was cursed by many tens of millions Chinese for the acute hardship and suffering they endured thru decades of economic disaster of one kind or another. blah blah” some “superior” supremacist monkeys had to crawl so low to his lot, begging songkok in paws to eat off the hands of Mao’s lot!

            Give us more of “Mao”.

And “Chin Peng”, and Rashid Maidin too!

If Mao what was what he was, then “communism” can’t be all that bad!

If we were to look into your copied remark “His so-called Great Leap Forward brought the country many decades backward.”

That “decades backward” was easily made up for by the very resourceful and enterprising and intelligent “inferior” Chinese!

Not only the “setbacks” was no skin off their nose, the Chinese went on to become the world’s very near Number One!

Achieved all by hard work, sheer brilliance, and without handouts no one wanted to give, anyway!

If going by your longkang “logic”, the Chinese are such a bunch of brilliant folks you desperately want to put down, then why keep quiet when our country goes crawling to China?!

            Bizarre, ain’t it?!

That is a mighty Great Leap Backward for our supremacy, we had more years to get somewhere than those “inferior” Chinese after those years you were rambling on meaninglessly about, we ended up crawling to them, kissing their “inferior” butts, what the fcuk is going on, eh, niggah boy?!

You wished supremacy meant that moron arse-licking monkeys like you should be kissing the more “superior” Yank etc butts, but they all looked down their “damn natives”, don’t want to come anywhere near you except when you serve drinks and polish boots!

You should be infinitely grateful to the Chinese, they are such nice people, so blooming brilliant that even the white massahs you beg for go round kissing Chinese butts!

If you think supremacy means kissing nobody’s butt, then scream, rant and rave in your crap Manglish, make it known to our supremacists it is awfully embarrassing to kiss Chinese butts, even when that ugly black woman in the DoJ wants to shaft us with “1MDB” and “MO1” and all that, and we are shocked the Yanks think fcuk shit about our supremacists!

Now go wave that keris three times in the air, stab that in your holy butt when you’ve sung about “crushing Chinese bones, … eat their hearts and livers, … turn the rivers red”!

For further instruction on how to do all that, go to the Isis website or travel to Syria where the Isis savages have mass murdered, tortured, raped and destroy all the way to the Stone Age!

The IGP does not learn from his mistakes and his pride will lead him down the same path again. Maria’s arrest have solidified and recruited the people against the interests that the IGP seem to be representing. It was his tactical mistake that led to the creation of a symbol for the opposition cause, much to the discomfort of powers that be and their associates. Her release confirmed the detention was unmerited and the IGP’s claim that there were documents found in the raid on Bersih to back her detention have proven yet another myth. Too many fairy tales have come from the IGP’s mouth. We remember when he claimed the teenager Aminrulrashid had a parang in the boot of the car, and many other tall tales. No credible civil servant could have survived such scandalous disclosures and misspeaks. Yet he remains in his position, perhaps due to his usefulness to certain quarters. Threats against the people, when repeated too often and without basis, loses its weight and turns fear to resolve.

No one wants to invest in a country where all respectable people from all sides of the political divide have been forced to unite in condemnation of a thief Prime Minister, who refuses to quit office.

It is particularly telling for observers of Malaysia that this is a country where it remains possible for a man to remain in office, despite having been exposed as a kleptocrat billionaire – who on earth can consider their money safe under the jurisdiction of such a man and his bought and corrupted cohorts, who are making up the rules as they go along to slap down anyone who points out the truth?

Because the UMNO leadership control the local media, these goons are still living in a mental bubble, telling themselves that they can keep up their crackdown and eventually obedience and order will reassert itself in their favour. But, this is not Operation Lalang, not least because Mahathir was competent and everyone can see that Najib is not.

Najib may succeed in continuing to hold on to power by attacking protestors, locking up the opposition, encouraging extremism and violence and then cheating the election, but the price will be a tumbling ringgit and poverty for all. Malaysians are used to a better life and they will not thank UMNO for this.

  5. Soal Jawab says:

Khaled Nordin the merchant of fear
Johor Menteri Besar Khaled Nordin’s speech at the State Assembly yesterday was a telltale sign of our times: that even the more studious Khaled Nordin is now desperately launching racial attack against DAP, suggesting that the DAP fights for only Chinese and ignores the political aspirations of the Malays and Indians.
These are of course baseless allegations which were rebuted by Opposition Leader Gan Peck Cheng and other DAP representatives in the State Assembly and at the Press Conference immediately after Khaled’s speech.
    But what was Khaled’s objective?
Khaled wants to paint the DAP as a bogeyman unworthy of anything and hence “should not exist in Johor”, and, in the process, imply that any party that works with DAP is unworthy of support from voters.
By focusing his entire speech at DAP with baseless allegations and racial arguments, Khaled is trying to prevent the emergence of a new grand coalition in Johor, especially the realignment between the Pakatan Harapan parties and Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).
Just a week ago, Khaled told UMNO members that
“The coming general election will be the most stiff and will determine Umno’s survival, or death, and we have to defend the party, more so now, where we are being faced with continuous challenges.”
“Umno is today being criticised and laughed at, and those who attack us are not our traditional political enemies, but people who used to be with us, be part of us, lead us and know how we move, operate and think,” Khaled said when opening the Johor Umno veterans annual conference here today.
Khaled was right. UMNO Johor is in danger of losing power in the next general election. Sadly, Khaled’s UMNO has nothing concrete and nothing new in terms of policies to offer Johoreans anymore. Like all UMNO leaders elsewhere, Khaled is now a merchant of fear by painting DAP as the bogeyman in the hope that voters would not support the opposition parties.
Such elementary and almost childish tactics will not succeed in the face of a “gelombang” from voters to replace UMNO.
