Lawless Banker? Surely Wawa is aware of Article 97 of Bafia!

A tale of treachery and sabotage. If you are wondering why Anwar Ibrahim, her daughter Nurul Izzah, and PKR chief strategist Rafizi Ramli are visibly and terribly upset over the suspension of Azrul Azwar Ahmad Tajuddin – to the point of calling for a boycott of Bank Islam – it’s because they have a lot to lose. And I mean a lot.

In their tweets (“Zalim … Bank Islam? – Anwar) the trio may not have admitted to knowing Azrul. Very soon, however, they will have to own up to the fact that they not only know the Bank Islam chief economist but know him intimately.

Wawa, as Azrul’s fondly known to the three, is not the regular bank employee they are making him out to be. Wawa and the PKR leaders communicate frequently, passionately and discreetly. Anwar, Nurul Izzah and Rafizi will admit that they have been in regular contact with the Bank Islam chief economist for quite a while. They have been using him over and over and over again.

Wawa has been their “insider”, their “fly on the wall” at highly classified internal meetings and meetings with Bank Negara, and the spy who has been leaking to his handlers, including to Anwar Ibrahim directly, confidential information of the Bafia kind, from Board papers to correspondence between the central bank and the banking and financial institutions.

Scores of e-mails
Wawa’s political misadventure in Singapore (he told a regional forum in his capacity as Bank Islam chief economist that Pakatan Rakyat would win the PRU13) left his bosses with no choice but to take disciplinary action. As a bank officer, he was contravening the law. And as this was not his first offence, Wawa was suspended pending a Domestic Inquiry.

The investigation, however, has brought to surface affairs and conduct more sinister than just political over zealousness. Dozens of email correspondence between Wawa and Anwar, Nurul Izzah and Rafizii show a serious security breach in the bank, something which wlll spook the secretive banking industry. The actual content of those emails have not been made known to the public but it will. What is certain, Wawa could not have the best interest of Bank Islam at heart.

  1. Kingsgate says:

Singapore uses the ISEAS to lubricate and polish the young egos of the up and coming Bumiputras of Malaysia and followed with a nice piece about the speakers in the Straits Times with words like ‘brilliant’ and a forum for the Opposition. Divide and rule foreigners at the taxpayers’ cost. Certain retired and non-retired Malay Civil Servants of note except Chinamen are given the LLD for the NUS. Play ball with Lee Kuan Yew and you will be rewarded. Unfortunately, despite all these efforts to do the Bumiputras down, Lee Kuan Yew’s Singapore imploded. Man proposes God disposes.
Malaysia became a runaway success and Singapore a runaway failure !

    • Mangkuk says:

How PKR and PR as a whole going to be good a government when they hire thugs, gangster and crook of white collars. Non ethical people. You must always watch your back. Like this how to work!

Difficult to handle this bunch of people because they can get creatives sometimes and have their own motives.

  2. bourne identity says:

Wa…Wa…. just the type of jambu Anwar Al Juburi fancies – kasihan kak wan….

  3. Fakin' Fake Calvin says:

    Supposedly unbiased ANAL-ogical ANAL-ysis by an ANAL-yst…

  4. anon says:

so is it sufficient to assume that SABI has tentacles or insiders everywhere?

  5. Vic says:

At least he is not religious bigot like that old fart Patrick Teoh. Such a foul mouth and a black heart. All those people who paid him to advertise their products should demand their money back.
Wawa looks like a sweet boy. But if he wanted to advise Not My Nose Not My Tummy, he should have quit Bank Islam. The ethical rules should be clear to a smart fella like him.

  6. Puak22 says:

Bank Islam has been patient with him. They did not act even when Azrul was a speaker at the last PKRgeneral assembly. They knew he was active in PKR but that is his right. Now he play into Singapore hands. That is a sensitive thing.

  7. Anon. says:

The spectacles ha ha ha. Who dare to wear it unless….. ha ha ha Pondan taste

  8. ProBN says:

Bank Islam should SACK him for breach of security…..which is a breach of his contract of employment. No two ways about it. In addition, he is also abusing company computing facilities (email) using it to pass on proprietary information to outside parties. These are serious charges and being a member of the management team, he should know better. Obviously, due process should be observed and I believe Bank Islam is doing this.

    • anon says:

      perhaps the same play again

when action taken, they may scream to the world, victimisation, selective persecution, blah blah, etc

      are they above the law?

  9. Sundramoorthy says:

All these years Singapore had been brainwashing unwary educated young Malaysians by giving them a forum to speak and praised them for being ‘brilliant’. Fortunately, Singapore by not being careful about their own backyard imploded and forced to import Chinamen and Indiamen to top up the 1% elites.

    • Pakatan Puak Pembohong says:

they are not importing those people by the way. as someone who follows developments in Singapore, following Singapore’s elections last year, I can tell you that a program is already well underway to send migrants back to their country of origin.
we should do our homework before we post our comment. if we don’t, then we will end up becoming just like those PR troopers that post one liners that are baseless accusations. one thing I must make clear is that if we act like those PR cyber clowns, then we are no better than them.

    • Anonymas says:

Why didn’t they do this to their own Malays and Indians? Mistrust.

Their premier did say that he couldn’t trust the Malays in their own army, and accused them to have ‘filial ties with their ancestral land’ a.k.a. Malaya. They cant even trust their own people, how scared can they get?

  10. Anon. says:

How Singapore a Communist States talking about freedom of speech when they themselves stop their opposition at any cost.

  11. Anonymous says:

    Off Topic
Would like to propose Patrick Teoh as Arsehole of the Month.
    Thank you.

    • Fakin' Fake Calvin says:

I second that motion. In fact, if this is not an election year, Pat would be hands on favorite for Arse of the year!

      • Pakatan Puak Pembohong says:

Pat is not the appropriate candidate. Ass of the month should go to the estate girl Bavani.

        • Bathmanathan says:

That estate girl’s ancestors are the ones who worked their butts off so that loafers and entitled people like you can enjoy a quality of life that would not have been possible otherwise. While i may want to advise you to think rationally and respect that others may have different views and at times may be right as opposed to those you hold..i may be wasting my time as low life cannot change.

          • Anonymous says:

You are wasting our time talking nonsense here.

Saying “That estate girl’s ancestors are the ones who worked their butts off so that .. people like you can enjoy a quality of life ..”, without taking into account the majority others who also contributed to the quality of life you buggers enjoy and exploit to the fullest.

          • anon says:

Bathmanathan @ 5.39pm may rely on
the same argument that these “action” bank on to hantam others ie

            They work hard (only them)
            Other people don’t
and others be it loafers or the not work so hard people “ride” on their hardwork freely
(be it on the form of income tax etc).

            Correction:
Other people work hard as well
and they pay income tax as well
            But maybe not as smart….

          • Fakin' Fake Calvin says:

My father put his life on the line in the jungle hunting communists so that someone like you can make a statement like that. My uncle died with two bullets in the chest leaving a widow & a four year old son so you can walk the streets causing inconvenience & chaos to others. I pay five figure income tax annually so you can enjoy subsidies for your petrol, sugar, rice, flour & other essentials. If there’s a low life here, it sure as hell ain’t those who are grateful to a government trying its’ best for the people, even the rabble rousers, ungrateful & sanctimonious citizens that some are.

  12. Klone says:

Wont be surprised if pkr takes PatTeoh, Bawani and Wawa to become their DUN or parliament candidates for pkr…just like Gwo Burne…..hahahaha!

    • Pakatan Puak Pembohong says:

of the 3, Bavani has a much better chance of being a candidate. the other 2, Pat is now a liability after his rants, Wawa is implicated as an insider. the estate girl Bavani on the other hand is now a new media celebrity. since PR is all about bling bling and substance-less politics, the estate girl has a much better prospect.

      • anon says:

        2nd that

and if a cat happened to be around the stage at the same time, captured in the video, the cat may become a plausible competitor for the girl.

        For them maybe anything goes

  13. Mangkuk says:

We should forgive Patrick Teo. All his life he may be didn’t mingle much with Malays let alone try to learn a little about Malay culture.

May be he wait for Malaysia to be Malaysia Banana Republic with Anuwar as first Monkey President. So why bother learn about Malays now because it is not relevant in the future.

    • Servant of God says:

Forgive Patrick Teo? No thank you.

I’m tired of people insulting my religion and then pretend they didn’t really mean it.

      • Dope says:

Heard that he only say sorry for calling Muslims sheep and pray five times a day. He refuse to apologise for calling Quran thumping motherfukers.

What a dirty mouth. PAS Kedah should issue fatwa against him from hosting any future radio programme. Only DAP will still support him.

    • Anonymas says:

      “You sure or not”?

  14. Sundramoorthy says:

PPP. You are absolutely right. Man disposes. God disposes !

  15. W. Shanmugam says:

Ha ! Ha ! Ha ! Smart young stereotypes giving the awesome LKY the lowdown on ‘moon over Malaya’ !

    • Anonymas says:

I won’t say LKY is awesome. He’s racist to the core. His wife even called Malays and Indians “dirty, flea infested people” which was wrong from an entomological standpoint. Can you imagine a human likening another human from a different race like a mongrel?

The only Malay who shook hands with him was Tuan Guru Nik Aziz, who in his own words were “I am ashamed to be a Malay”. Yet, he hates Jews with a passion.

  16. Anonymas says:

‘Bank Islam’? For fuck’s sake this guy has dyed his hair. Muslims can NOT dye their hair because it prevents you from performing prayers (the ablution waters cannot rinse it).
It won’t be ‘sah’ if your hair is dyed!

What a hypocrite. No wonder his opinions are like that, one of Anwar’s liberal Muslim camp

  17. Sundramoorthy says:

The young Chief Economist of this major Malaysian Bank is like that of the 26 year old Chief Strategist of a major Malaysian Corporation. Both talk nonsense and got entangled in the non-exisitng ‘abang-adek’ politics of the Causeway.
