The video that has gone viral shows an incredibly stupid Sharifah Zohra Jabeen shouting down, talking down on one Bavani of UUM. The Persatuan Suara 1 Malaysia president was arrogant and condescending.
She was even off the tangent, talking of sharks fins soup! But this Bavani is no angel. She isn’t a political virgin or a simple university student. She has a record of being a rabble rouser. She wasn’t there to ask a question, she was holding on to the microphone and giving a ceramah!
She should have just asked a question to the panel and wait for them to answer but instead she went on a rant and refused to let go of the microphone and went on with her ceramah. At this point, the incredible bimbo Sharifah told her off, in the most disgusting manner.
But Stop The Lies wants to expose that Bavani has been an active Parti Sosialis Malaysia activist and has been a serial anti-BN protestor in almost every pro-Pakatan Rakyat demonstration. We have here pictures of her involvement in pro-opposition gatherings and her socialist hero – Dr Nasir.
She is not a political virgin and we hope UUM will look at her incredible political record! We hope KDN will also keep these pictures of her in a new file on her.

What is the difference between socialism and communism?
Socialism and communism are alike in that both are systems of production for use based on public ownership of the means of production and centralized planning. Socialism grows directly out of capitalism; it is the first form of the new society. Communism is a further development or “higher stage” of socialism.

Wow! PR can be anything. At the end we can say there is no religious believe.
This is dangerous. PR like one stop shop. You vote one of them you got everything!
After PR win GE13 we should see an ugly power fights in the history of democracy in Malaysia. It surely take years while at the same time they siphon our beloved country money.
Calling dibs that they fight each other to uphold their own ideals when they get in power. It’ll be a free for all, which will cause Malaysia to be split into Islamic States, People’s States and Democratic (loosely) States. They actually have nothing in common, just agree to disagree, and hate BN with no other motive.
China being the world’s biggest communist country is also the world’s second largest economy by GDP. Their leaders might be corrupt (BN leaders are no better) but their country moves forward by leaps and bounds in the past 10-20 years. Treat yourself a nice trip to either Beijing or Shanghai and you’ll see how far our country is behind China in terms of development. And you NEED NOT to worry about foods in China because the Muslim population there is many times BIGGER than Malaysia (did you say no religious belief?). Take a walk in the streets of Beijing and Shanghai, you definitely WILL NOT miss mosques or halal restaurants. Our country’s coffers have long been siphoned by your beloved masters. The money could have been put to good use for developing the country. When the biggest communist nations are embracing capitalism, you’re spreading craps about us moving towards communism if PR takes over the country. Please think with your brain if you still have one.
What’s your point, exactly? That socialism is a good thing? That it led to China’s current wealth?
Did you forget about China’s embrace of the market economy in the 1978? Remember Deng Xiaoping? China welcoming foreign investors? Remember? How about China being the factory of the world for the last few decades because labour was so cheap? And that China grew because it had a massive local market? Hello? Does any of this ring a bell?
You talk about finding Muslim foods in China huh? Why didn’t you mention China’s oppression of the Chinese minority in the northwest? You know, that place where they intentionall don’t allow Muslims to fast during Ramadhan? Why didn’t you mention that?
Because while you accuse Mangkuk of being tarak otak, you’re just hypocrite trying to sell the perceptions and empty promises of your butt-loving leader. Your words sound so nice, so good. Until someone who hasn’t been living in a cave for the last 50 years catches you, that is.
“Please think with your brain if you still have one.”
Screw you. You Pakatoons are shameless laa.
Comparing a huge country of 1 billion plus with a small country of about 30 million? Bet you like China’s human rights record too eh?
Do you see malaysians – even malaysian chinese migrating to china in droves? Do you see a My2nd home China programme?
For whatever ills Malaysia may have…i wouldnt trade a place to live or die with China.
But Malaysia would be a better country without the idiotic pokings from a mismatched group of politicians of pure racism, fanaticsm and secularism as in fuckatan rakyat!
At least malaysians here do not out dogs on their dinner tables as in China but one thing is for sure – fuckatan rakyat’s would be PM loves china dolls!
You mean like your dumno assholes? You really have to be incredibly stupid to attempt this spin. Just go to show how defective your thought process is.
Haii… another Pakatoon trying to earn 50 sen with as little effort as possible.
Who do you think you’re winning over, with your 3 sentences?
The first sentence is an insult, the second is another insult, and the third sentence is also an insult.
Are you not reaching out to change the minds of fence sitters? How the hell are you influencing them by just shouting profanities? Why aren’t you reasoning with them?
Seriously, you get paid for your pointless 3 sentences? Doesn’t the guy in charge care that you’re painting PR as a self-superior yet ineffective coalition filled with incompetents who fail to grasp the concept that you cannot fit 700,000 people into a space meant for 45,000?
Aiyooo… best laa lu, dapat gaji buta macam nih.
Ah, the venerable SOG always calling anyone who has a differing point of view a Pakatoon. As a sit on the fence Malaysian, I can say that none of the comments (from Pakatoons or cyber troopers like yourself) will help people like myself decide. The thing is not to go overboard with being personal and nasty – which is what both PR & BN/UMNO cyber troopers like to do. In such situations the one who shouts loudest or uses the most foul language is perceived as the aggressor and literally turn people against him/her – ya, ya I know you will start accusing me of all kinds of things and calling me names.
Well, I must admit I tend to call a spade a spade.
But why would I call you names if you made your case properly and civilly? There have been quite a number of people who have done so at this blog, and I believe I always replied to them respectfully, or at the very least left them alone.
I can’t remember all the names, but whenever Apolitical presents his case – which do not always put the BN government in a good light – I would accept his comments. I don’t necessarily agree with him, but I do accept that he made a sound case worth thinking about.
As for your “I can say that none of the comments (from Pakatoons or cyber troopers like yourself) will help people like myself decide” I would like to say two things.
Firstly, I am not paid to comment in these blogs, so by definition I am not a cyber trooper. I am a regular Malaysian with internet access who is sharing his experiences and opinions.
Secondly, about how you are not affected about what you read online. Either (i) you are lying, or (ii) you have a congenital biological or neurological anomaly that prevents you from reasoning like any other human being, or (iii) you just haven’t made your opinion yet.
Please understand I am not trying to insult you here. Data gathering is an inherent part of the decision-making process. If you’re saying that what you see here has no impact on you whatsoever, I am sorry that I don’t believe you. I make a living off this understanding (but not as a trooper), and I have yet to encounter evidence that counters this axiom.
As for your “The thing is not to go overboard with being personal and nasty – which is what both PR & BN/UMNO cyber troopers like to do” well… I must admit this is something I am guilty of at times, but I hate getting lied to you see, and the stupidity that come from the other side is often too much to handle coolly. That is my weakness, I’m afraid.
You understand weaknesses, don’t you, Sham? If you’re the same Sham who commented at Helen Ang’s article “Patrick Teoh digalakkan bertanding dalam PRU oleh Hannah Yeoh”, then it looks like you tend to dabble in amateur psychological profiling.
Your comments “Sham | Januari 17, 2013 at 2:44 pm
Isn’t this the same situation with pro umno bloggers & their sycophants? Angry with DAP, hantam the whole chinese race?”
and “Sham | Januari 18, 2013 at 5:47 pm
[...] . i’m surprised at his viciousness against the chinese – probably had his/her [Warrior 231] heart broken by one of them. ah yes, i’m anticipating his raging at me and calling me names.”
if proof of this.
Were you trained to do this? It doesn’t look like it to me, yet you saw fit to profile him like that. In a way you’re no different from me – who has been accused of compartmentalizing people – and from other people in this site.
So, where were we? Ahh, been prattling away, sorry.
Anyhow, welcome to STL, even if you’ve always been here. If you have an opinion to share, me and the others would love to hear it, provided it doesn’t sound like the crap spewed out by Pakatoons.
Speaking of which, Sham, just to share with you, fence sitters usually don’t say stuff like ” pro umno bloggers & their sycophants”. That there is a red flag for a Pakatoon.
But, what do I know? I’m neither Sherlock Holmes nor an FBI profiler.
Nice to meet you, Sham.
Oh, one more thing Sham. Your
“ya, ya I know you will start accusing me of all kinds of things and calling me names”
above looks just a teeny bit like you were baiting me. I might be wrong, though.
Is this also another weakness of yours, Sham, in addition to the profiling tendencies? I thought you did it only to me, but apparently Warrior 231 got it as well.
Ah, we humans are so weak, eh?
Karl Marx developed Marxism which was:
“race towards communism in stages…first stage was feudalism, then capitalism and socialism and the final stage communism”.
Stupid! Pure stupid article.
What’s there to expose when she herself declares she is a member of PSM.
It is better to go along than to go against the grain in this particular issue. It is not about which party she belongs to. It is about the basic rights of an undergrad.
Hey impostor. The very fact that you use another person’s blogging name and was complained against by him shows nothing of what you say can be trusted.
True enough, you won’t or can’t say when, where etc “she herself declares she is a member of PSM” in relation to the video in question. Or the details of her being “an undergrad”. Because you don’t know or because what you say are lies.
You are a dirty, lying and masquerading bugger. Shame on you.
How do you know he is an imposter. All bloggers here including you do not use yoiur own names. Why are you “Anonymous” and why are you not using your parent given name.Is this not the case of the kettle calling the pot black.?
The woman in question as Calvin states has made her leanings known and how do you know he in not Calvin.
You come in here one time and pretends you know a lot about those who comment here and what they have said earlier.
You deserve just one word – shit.
Freeman,
your comment is stupefying to say the least!! the very fact you tell ppl to use their real name when you your ownself doesn’t??……man PR troopers are getting dumber by the moment!!! @.@
How do we know he is an impostor?
Well, for one thing, we’re not stupid.
Secondly, I asked the real Calvin Sankaran. He says this glue sniffer is not him.
Thirdly, the real Calvin writes quite well. This bugger reeks of immaturity and suffers from self righteousness. Also he sounds like an idiot.
Much like you, in fact.
Calvin,
Listen! Listen! Listen!
Got your attention yet? I hope so as there’s no microphone for me to seize anyway.
You got to exercise your freedom of expression by branding the article one of unadulterated stupidity.
As an undergraduate, your primary objective in university is to study & complete the course in order to obtain a degree no? But our little miss sunshine here seems to be more than a little bit involved in, shall we say “extra corricular activities”.
Even as it is our universities are producing thousands upon thousands of unemployable graduates annually. By arguing the cause of free education, are we setting the country up for the most epic of failures? What good are statistics when the impressive numbers of graduates hide the fact that a huge slice of them are unemployed?
And where do we draw the line on free education anyway? Do we refund all those who had taken PTPTN & had started to or even settled their loans? Are we refunding the fees of private college students? Do we even have enough infrastructure & resources to put some 200-300k students annually through university?
And talking about clean elections, I find it a little rich that these activists find it morally alright to work alongside those who can’t even have proper election within their parties. It is fine for the morally upright to ensure that the end justifies the means. It is OK to sleep & sell your soul to the devil to ensure that your goals are reached. Hypocrisy of the highest order if you ask me.
And there are no better hypocrites in Malaysia than those who run & support PR
How do you know that PR supporters are hypocrites. Are not BN supports also hypocrites.Who is the devil you are referring hither to.Did not Dr Mahathir declare himself and Umno/Bn the devil?Just because this is a pro Umno/Bn blogspot , it does not mean you can make insensible statements.I, as a reader am here to fesd well balanced arguments, and not PR bashing.
“make insensible statements.I, as a reader am here to fesd well balanced arguments, and not PR bashing.”
What the hell do you mean? You making insensible statement? Or a stupid one?
I rest my case.
“Did not Dr Mahathir declare himself and Umno/Bn the devil?”
Are you not aware that there is such a thing as an idiom?
Not an idiot (like you) but idiom. Go look it up.
You rest your case konon, but the dirt underneath your case is looking down on you in contempt.
Terrible PR goons
do not even acknowledge idioms….
harping on kosong arguments
for the sake of posting (quantity no quality) or distractions….
Freeman,
It takes an idiot to not know an idiom…….just bcoz u say i’m so hungry i can eat a horse doesn’t mean u literally eat a horse!!….stupid bugger
Read Dr.Mahathir’s statement.Hewas not using an idiom. If he had said “vote for the known devil rather than the unknown devil” that that would have been idiomatic.Don’t clasify another as an idiot when you are the one.
Aiyoohhh… what for I read the statement, it was on video.
Dey, tambi, lu mau tipu, lu jangan ingat orang bodoh macam lu.
TRR, that was Freeman, of course.
maybe they are unable to “poke fun” on wolves in sheep skin idioms which is perfectly fitting
also another descriptive fitting one is “hungry like the wolves”
Choose to pick an argument with the closing statement but conveniently sidestepped the issues raised prior to that… Nuff said
Actually it was not Mahathir whom said that but rather TAR, and what he said was, “It is better to keep the devil you know rather than the angel you don’t.”
What right she did not get fake calvin? In an event right is given according to the schedule, she did not do it. The video was not full. It was edited. She was rude she did not want to stop talking and she was giving a wrong facts. I actually think she deserved to get that kind of treatment from Sharifah. Sharifah might be harsh but hey if Bavani can be disrespectful so can Sharifah. I don’t think Sharifah is being stupid with the answer. The tone is harsh and yes that is how she handled Bavani, you guys listen listen listen again to what she said I think her point is perfectly clear. In fact we need more people like Sharifah who I think will treat you nicely when you are nice and give you a smack when you are no angle. So it is true what Animal also got problem she is stating the obvious.
Oh by the way if everybody really care to listen listen listen you can hear when Bavani speaks yes people clapped but when Sharifah shoot her, there was even louder clapped and cheers.. and you guys wonder why Pro Government won campus election!!
Disagree with your comments.Sharifah, being the moderator should have been more tolerant , knowing, with all her experience, ,that university students tend to hackle.
Holding the first finger up when addressing another person is extremely rude.
I do not wish to add further. The less said the better.
You say nice words. “Should be more tolerant”
Well, if you want to play with the grownups, you have to expect to be treated like one laa.
And please, “Holding the first finger up when addressing another person is extremely rude.”
Telling people to go back to kampung and tanam jagung is not rude?
Typical Pakatoon with selective memory.
Sharifah did not act as gracefully as she was expected to as a moderator but Bavani was no better herself.
Just listen to her raised voice when stating that Bersih was declared legal by the court. Not only did she spoke crassly, she repeated herself a few times. Being a student or otherwise is besides the point.
If you want to make a statement, create a lasting impression & to argue your POV, you’ve gotta be ready for it. And if she was so principled, why not stand your ground when the mike was taken away? Why not stare down (or in Bavani’s case, stare up) at SZJ?
Her display indicated that she came ill prepared to argue her case & more pertinently, was unwilling to stand up to an inquisition.
Does that reminds the “stage shows” by opposition in assembly sittings
Well done, STL. Good to expose the bitxx. Not a political virgin, did you say. I wonder if she is a virgin of any kind at all!
At first I also thought she was a University student as they try to say of her. Now she appears to be a student of the socialist university kind – if ever there is such a university. Shit of a woman.
Pro-BN organizations must watch her. The moment she is seen in any seminar or gathering, SMS friends and get a group to counter argue her the moment she stands up opening her mouth. Hackle her back. Make her look stupid. Ask her to identify herself fully to the audience, her link to the Socialist Party, Pakatan Rakyat and all.
make sure you guys do that. then somebody will capture that on video and upload for everybody’s viewing pleasure and condenming again.
we are waiting for that to happen actually.
Hey, impostor. Why don’t you have the guts to use your own nickname, instead of trying to act all cool?
You are the servant of the devil are you?
Tsk tsk tsk … such a low class fella, typical of pakatan buffoons.
Lost for a better argument, these bozos resort to baseless name calling. Such crass!
Look at the name, Einstein. Then READ IT.
You blessed people cannot even do something that simple ah?
That is what BN is famous for. Shutting up the freedom of speech, threatening, compare with animals or get out of the country. If the person has any link with the opposition, the person is not to be given room to speak out for the truth will come out.
Your Ah Jib Gor had already said undergards can join any politic parties provided it is not at University. So if she is PSM , so what. Other undergrads can too be in UMNO, MCA,MIC or PPP.
if indeed so, BN is shutting the freedom of speech, there would not be people postings such as this(incl Mkuno’s nonsense) or having assembly on the streets.
She is still a virgin.. no man can stand a mouth like that.
True what a stupid article. Explaining the obvious as she already declared herself as a member of PSM. No wonder umno bloggers are ineffective. UMNO should apply meritocracy in their selection of bloggers on their payroll. Should stop funding stupid bloggers like this.
That’s odd. Ineffective bloggers usually warrant no response at all. Yet here you are singing your tuneless tune.
But thank you for turning up like this. See, you are a good example of pro-PR attack dogs, and you tend to use the same tactic whether you’re talking about politics or religion.
You PR jackasses love to say, “BN people should do this…”, “UMNO people should do that …”, or even “Muslims should behave like …”
Everyone else has faults, but not you.
Well, it’s not because your side doesn’t have issues, let me tell you that. How about you talk about the thousands of hectares given away in Kelantan for the MB position in Perak?
How about you scrutinize the RM75 billion deal in Balik Pulau? Surely, if it’s a good project, we would love to hear about it.
How about you talk about the CEC selection in DAP, where even party members are enraged about how things had went, such that they held their own peaceful demonstration? Did Mkini cover that story?
How about that, huh?
Why are you talking about PR bloggers and BN bloggers. Are we aligning ourselves here.Blog the truth as this blogspot is “Stop the Lies”
“Why are you talking about PR bloggers and BN bloggers.”
Because I was replying to the first dude, who was talking about bloggers.
Man, I pity you. Except I don’t. Here you are, trying to act cool, but all you do is come across as miserable wannabe.
If you want to influence the readers, give your points. Then give supporting facts. Don’t just spout something you heard someone else say somewhere. Understand?
Obvious has obviously been taken up by DAP slogan of meritocracy. That includes 10,000 acres of land in Kelantan given by the PAS gomen to the DAP Perak Nga and Ngeh as a bribe for agreeing to PAS Nizar becoming Menteri Besar Sekejap in 2008.
And meritocracy also includes Lim Guan Eng “buldozing” (said the Chinese-owned newspapers) the decision on the RM1 billion Turn-Key sPICE Project which was awarded to his crony, the Penang Chinese Chambers of Commerce President and a contractor.
The Pakatan Rakyats are so used to using verbal abuse against their opponents. And now they’ve got a taste of their own medicine, and they flipped?
So, you can insult others give stupid remarks against somebody else, but you can’t handle the same thing against you?
Typical opposition mentality.
Elehhhh… Macam lah dia orang tak biasa…
They have in their ranks the fiery Anwar whose speaking style consists of a whole lot of rhetorics, denials & who is most adept to playing to the gallery. Even Nurul is learning fast judging by hear recent remarks about religious freedom for Muslims & the subsequent denials.
Lets no forget the two Lims who had ruled the roost in Daddy & Anak Party over the years. Lim Sr is the best in stoking the fire of dissent. Jr went one better. He pours petrol on it. He pontificates himself as a self styled incorruptible & perfect leader.
Moving on, we have the two grand mullahs whose proclaimations of divine instructions resulting in a lot of infidel Malays & a promise of eternity in damnation for voting UMNO.
Sekarang orang dah lawan balik nangis & komplen macam budak kecik je. Payback’s a bitch people…
There is no Sense in Screaming Foul when the perpetrator is obviouly unable to contain herself when conducting a public debate.
It is not about what you have to say but rather how you say it.
Based on the contents of these blogs one cannot but assume that these commentators will be unable to contain their temper and emotions when conducting a civil debate or discussion.
Perhaps our educational institutions should train our young to conduct themselves in a civil and civilised manner when debating and discussing issues. Or maybe we should start with the Education Minister himself?
Joe Black
Maybe we should.
But then again, please do keep in mind that school is not even half of the story.
Remember, in school we were taught to be honest and respect other people.
Yet, today we see people trying to portray a certain FORMER Deputy Prime Minister as the person who actually saved Malaysia from the clutches of IMF, when that FORMER DPM was actually the one who had implemented IMF-like measures in the country despite the fact that the country did not take an IMF package. Is this honest?
And how about a certain individual who has made a mockery of the country’s court system by postponing his trial more than 50 times? Is this respectful?
School has done its part, it’s how we live our lessons that matter.
Unsurprisingly, I see that PR has to do a lot with damaging the good values we had been taught in school. And here you are talking about civility.
Someone help me unscramble this word:
hyisocrpy
The Butt Man, for your information, nearly sold us to the I M F. there were jokes about the I M F back in 1997/98. when Thailand sought I M F help the then PM said I M Foolish for seeking their help. now we’re in a big hole hole. but the best has to be from Indonesia. the joke went like “I M Finish, with I M F loans I have to step down as President”.
Joe Black,
We should start not with the Education Minister but with you. You need to be told time and again that when you want to give opinions – especially when going the opposite direction – you must provide the facts and justify your opinion. PR is full of fellows like you. The training should begin with you.
Most of all, get your perspective correct. Read the above post, about the “professionalism” that the woman is in terms of provoking and hackling seminars and disrupting discussions. She is a Parti Socialis activist, man.
Who are you to act as the judge here? You claim the person from the floor is a Parti Socialis activist. If she is proven to be so, then what party does the moderator represent?
Who is he to judge? And Pakatoons don’t judge?
C’mon, do better. You’re not that stupid.
Why drag the “Pakatoons” into this debate. Can you identify anyone of the bloggers here as such. Those who do not follow the general skewed thought here are not from the ”Pakatoons” as you put it.Do not compartmentalize those do not agree with you.
You see, Freeman (what’s a Jew doing all the way out here?)
We get genuine fence sitters here, and we’ve come to recognize them.
For starters, they usually do their homework, and ask fish for our opinions. They usually do this respectfully.
Also, they tend to look at the pros and cons of both sides.
On the other hand, Pakatoons are almost stereotypical. They come in with opinions of cast iron, and everything is the government’s fault. They accuse everything done by the governmetn is wrongly done, the government is corrupt, etc, etc but THEY DON’T SEE THEIR PR REPS DOING THE SAME BLOODY THING.
Generally, they think they’re pretty smart, and that people don’t realize what they’re doing. But when get caught in the act, they’d wriggle like mad and in trying to not seem defensive they’d scrape the bottom of their vocabulary barrel or open a thesaurus, just to appear as genuine. Seriously though, they’re plain bad actors and anyone can see them.
Oh, and they just accuse. They rarely bother to give evidence or supporting arguments.
Hmmm… it seems I have described you.
Education system? Blah, how much students are actually influenced by any form of education system in the first place? There are just so many factors that have influence on kids these days, parents, internet and media exposure, friends they hanged out with, partisanship of family or close people and the list goes on. Even the mere coffee talk of their uncle aunties would have an impact on how their mindset progresses.
Education system does not dictate the upbringing of a student. It merely guides them or provide the necessary basic guidance in their life. Whether they choose to adhere onto it or be influenced by something else is their choice.
Your typical thinking that “Education system is rotten bla bla bla” is totally old-school thinking that parents or the society commonly use as excuses when something goes wrong for the student.
And FYI, if you think that this debate is a disgrace, try looking up for other tertiary level debates in other universities around the western world or in Asia alone and you would find that this is very normal. Brighten up your mind and broaden you thinking before believing that every form of debate/discussions have to be civilized as to your liking.
you speak of being civil yet you and your kind are the first to spit racist tones and slurs at people who disagree with you. you know what irony means ? but PR people have no clue what irony means. oh one more thing. keep on using someone’s name to spit lies. I have news for you. it ain’t working.
I m a PR trooper. I m here to apologize on behalf of PR troopers. I know some of my colleagues have abused the name of Calvin Sankaran too many times. I m really sorry. already 4 liners. RM2 in the pocket. thanks Komtar 28. and thank you to this site. now am I impersonating PR troopers to inject a bit of sarcasm here ? ha ha ha !
You’ve finally seen the light!!! Alhamdullilah, Hallelujah etc etc…
When did you put on the mantle of a clown?
The day he was issued regulation clothing by PR.
The servant of which god are you?
Really? You have to ask that? How many gods do you think are out there, that you need to ask that?
She’s peanuts ! Don’t give her the publicity which she craves !
she’s probably the descendant of one of those estate workers that came to Malaya from India in the 19th century. people like her lack proper upbringing, in other words culture-less. the reason why she lacks proper upbringing is because her forefathers too were people without proper upbringing. her upbringing is therefore inherited.
Indians like her are similar to the Chinese that came to Malaya in the 19th century. coolies and miners. these people too are low stock people. and Indians like this girl are their peers.
exposing her links to the opposition is a nice way to discredit her and people that backed her. but we should not give her undue publicity. it is obvious that this charade was well planned by her backers to exploit whatever publicity generated by this latest episode.
calling her names will not work. it will only make her more famous among the PR mob. we should be wise enough with the opposition’s tactics by now.
this charade was not the first, and it won’t be the last. with 13GE getting closer, more such ruckus will follow. we must prepare ourselves adequately to rebut whatever slanders and insinuations that the opposition come out with.
Bavani is an opportunist prolonging her chance to ask a question. She went on and on as if she’s giving a speech on her own.
Her “accusative” tone did not win her much support, although she may have valid points. When she employed a combative style, she misses the golden opportunity for a real intellectual debate.
Too much hot air and skinny on the content.
You are spot on.She is inexperienced.Give her time to learn from her mistakes.
One can learn from honest mistakes BUT bavani will never mature given her attitude of combative and misplaced arrogance.
Look at Bavani’s sense of entitlement. She got talked down good, haha
also, Socialism? In our Malaysia? I thought Kanang ak Langkau and his squadmates have killed them off back in the 1980s? Doesn’t she know that our govt gave the rakyat so many subsidies and perks even without socialism?
I have to say that this Sharifah Zohra Jabeen, she’s looker, unlike that Bavani girl who looks just like an estate worker.
hahaha, you’ve just typified the average mentality of an average BN people and supporter. Sex sex sex… hahahaha., Bung must be your idol then.
you called Jebon a looker? more like a oversized hooker, for umno dogs.
the stray cats at the back lane looks better than your Jebon.
still hiding behind someone’s else name ? as for sex, your leader The Butt Man was caught on video with a hooker. not to mention that your Chief Minister, the one in Penang, was linked to a woman by the name of Rainbow and also a Taiwanese model known for her affairs with rich Taiwanese men.
What does he know. Name also he copies others’. Useless fellow.
Linked? what a joke! i heard people said you are linked with Jebon sexually. Hearsay is bullshit, multiple impersonator!
This fler talking Jebon sex what not. He a small boy issit?
Hearsay is bullshit, you say, O impersonator?
That’s odd, because Pakatoons hardly ever feel the need to give proof when making allegations. Without proof, that’s just hearsay.
So you guys are spewing bullshit all the time, huh? No, I’m not surprised. Old news lah.
Poor calvin
Working very hard to come across as a credible intellectual. So far FAILED like most of the pakatan leaders.
Fake Calvin,
Isn’t the sex sex sex part your partner PAS??…..after all Harakah is FULL of sex ads advertising all kinds of sex enhancing ads….hahhahahaa
They like their sex don’t they? It is all about sex for them. Haircut can lead to sex. Cinema can lead to sex. Valentine’s Day can lead to sex. Stage show also lead to sex. Who’s the sex obsessed party now?
Faking fake Calvin,
oh yes PAS is all go and set for sex….anything leads to sex…..although I do believe they encourage wife swapping considering how many have been caught with other’s wives….
No wonder Malaysians made fun of SZ until she went into hiding. She got it real bad even BN people left her to SW1M. Silly fools here still wanting to sokong SZ…
Truly a case of David giving the smackdown on Goliath.
PPP. You mean the untouchables in a caste ridden country with the Brahmins at the top ?
yep ! that Bavani girl, that estate girl, she’s below even the dalits.
She is Socialist. She did mention about Communist Cuba
Sorry for the foolish statements I made before. My Butt Man boss asked me to write all these nonsense here. Bye, gotta go. Gotta give my butt to the Butt Man now.
I read with interest on today’s discussion.
I think freeman and ex Mic has a point. We must give our people a freedom of speech and expression. Why bash a young undergrads. She also has a freedom of association. Nothing wrong to be a PSM member.
Perhaps the way she carry herself is kind of unpolished. But let her learn and the moderator should be more gracious on this. Is time Malaysian grow up to accept others with different views and ideology.
Her supposedly “all-knowing” stance and “super self-righteous” tone is definitely offensive. She is not promoting a healthy debate when she uses an accusative tone.
You don’t get the point, do you, Apolitical.
It’s not about being a PSM member, not about being unpolished.
It’s plain and simple being normal in behaviour. When as a guest at a function organized by others, after having been given the chance to speak, the moderator asked for a pause, she doggedly went on talking, what is that?
It may be normal Pakatan Rakyat behaviour but it’s simply not acceptable by the majority of the rakyat in this country.
Sharifah Zohra Jabeen. You call her stupid? She is not stupid. She makes clear what is reality in Malaysia. Shut up or be shouted down.
Najib wants to turn Malaysia into a high income country. He wants to turn Malaysia in a second Singapore. Not good? Shut up.
A lot of people from Singapore are unhappy. They make little money and they can hardly survive. I know. I cannot say that. Shut up.
I know this young man. He works in a restaurant as a waiter. He makes RM 800 per month. In 2020 he will be making RM 2,400 per month.
The young man is very happy. He is looking forward to having Malaysia turned into a high income country. He wants to make more money.
One question. Who is going to pay him RM 2,400 per month? Najib? The Malaysian government? No. His boss is going to pay him.
Of course. For being able to pay him RM 2,400 per month his boss has got to raise his prices. Now you can get a kopi O for one Ringgit.
The boss will raise the prices. Times five. So in 202 a kopi O will cost five Ringgit. What? No good? Shut up.
The factories will have to pay their staff extra. And for being able to do that, they have to raise their prices too. Shut up.
In fact. Factories that are exporting have to raise their prices too. Pity. Their customers go away. They will got to China or so.
I know of a country that has sky high prices. Germany. But Germany is doing very well. Because in Germany you get quality.
Malaysia. No quality? Shut up.
We will see that a lot of companies will close their doors. They cannot survive. Unemployment will go up. No good? Shut up.
“Shut up or be shouted down.”?
No, that is YOUR reality.
The reality I see is one where the government is indeed pursuing the goal of turning Malaysia into a high-income nation, but without sacrificing the well-being of the lower and middle class.
Otherwise, what is the point of BR1M? KR1M (the low-cost shops)? PR1MA (affordable housing)? Etc, etc?
Of course, we cannot see what the future holds. But what we can see now is that the government is installing mechanisms to ensure that we do not become another Germany, or Japan, where melons are sold for up to USD80.
The government is putting in the mechanisms NOW, which means they’re already anticipating all the troubles that come with being a high-income country. So at least it seems that they have an idea where they’re going and what’s going to happen there.
You know, Freeman might have a point up there when he said to me to not compartmentalize all who disagree with me. But when you come in here trying to paint a certain picture while disregarding the proof that is in front of our noses, I tend to accuse people of being Pakatoons.
Pakatoons and their leaders don’t bring anything concrete to the table. They just try to paint a slanted perspective, and they’d try convince you that’s the reality. They’d tell you they’re better than the incumbents, despite evidence to the contrary.
So welcome to STL Jos van Doorn. You are most welcome to your opinions, bleak as they may be, but if you’re going to be contrarian, please make a good case instead of employing sarcasm and such. Otherwise, we might ask you to take your own advice.
You know, the one you keep repeating.
Hahaha, obviously Jos van Doorn is not an economics graduate!
Strangely, in October our staff got salary increments of between 7-12%. In December, the company announced a reduction in the rates of our services, a cut of 13-22% globally. Despite all that, still managed to increase turnover & pre-tax profits by 37% & 28% respectively. 87% of our Malaysian workforce are paying income taxes with no one having nett salary of below 1500 last year. Our ANZAC & Singapore ancillary, administrative, support & finance services are now based in KL acknowledging the availability of Malaysians to do the job.
Here’s the thing. Despite being a Fortune 500 company & market leader by a mile in our line, we engage HR Ministry’s programs to train, retrain & upgrade our staff. We also engage the government in granting tax breaks, key man work permits etc to oyoer better incentives for the company to take roots here. With the government’s assistance & cooperation we currently employ over 1000 Malaysians, 72% in executive & managerial positions.
The point is, the government recognizes the need to create new opportunities & engage existing ones in order to raise the income of the populace. Our company is a testament to this policy. Life is tough but it is not always a dog’s world out there, at least not when the current government is trying its’ damnest to do what is right.
Jos van Doorn,
Et tu, brute?
J von Doorn,
Now you make me sad you mean malaysia is so racist??….habis la ppl like me of mixed blood somemore kena hantam, buli and mocked for my malay looking face with anglo chinese name and weird ancestry……….
govts have a responsibility to the people……all countries wants to achieve high income status but that doesn’t mean it will come wit high expenses…..Singapore is only interested in the pursuit of material wealth but look at any singaporean they lack humanistic qualities…..they are very cold, indifferent, nonchalant about others only themselves…is it any wonder how they were voted most emotionless country??……in singapore they behave coz big brother is everywhere but out of singapore you can see how they really behave….look at JB town on weekends like today….see how they behave and look how they drive on malaysia’s streets……
J van Doorn. Up-date yourself. Singapore imploded October 2008. Man proposes. God disposes. Malaysia is a runaway success in human terms compared with Singapore’s runaway failure !
if u mix up all the colors in pakatoon flags, u’ll see a clown.
some one mentioned that this student would be a new ambiga or irenen fernandez….
in india, one can form a union with just 3 persons.
Everytime i enter a train or a bus or a shop or just about anywhere – its always the botol kicaps that makes the most noise….
Belajarlah dulu – nak main politik tunggulah….. kalau tak sabar2 nak main – go and offer yourself to anwar al juburi and give him something else than a china doll.
At least anwar can practise 1 jubur malaysia – malay juburs, chinese juburs and then an indian jubur.
PODAH….
and this silly speaker also needs to learn how to keep cool too. Dua2 mangkok hayun.
I have read numerous comments from those who were in the hall and I have come to a conclusion that what is stated here is fully agreeable to me…a well written article spelling out what happened with fear or favour…Bavani is no angel.
At this point, the incredible bimbo Sharifah told her off, in the most disgusting manner.
..and she is just a student and yet…instead of asking questions, tried to force everyone to listen to her ceramah. Rather combative and confrontational approach too!
Baru je student – imagine when she’s a full fledged politician……bet you she learns this from autocratic leaders in DAP..PAS and PKR…
So you see everyone….this is how fuckatan rakyat wants to develop its young politicians..combative, confrontational to the extent they WILL touch on every issue including religious and cultural issue.
Malaysia learned a lot from the May 13th inter racial troubles..and we have ALL together painfully grew up and out of it until fucktan rakyat’s so called freedom of expression – and yet there isnt any freedom of expression for their members of they question the dynasties controlling DAP..PAS and PKR.
Id say every fuckatan rakyat members are just BLIND…BLIND..and BLIND….plus BODOH..BODOH dna BODOH….bodoh membabi buta!
Najib has been very approachable – tokong lim? no way….unless you bow and bow to his family. Mullah nik aziz? Unless you cover yourself properly and speak slowly and write down the notes of your discussion with him in case he forgets. Anwar Al Juburi – u need to look like a jambu or a china doll to get close to him.
Yes..let fuckatan rakyat create more combative politicians in the form of Bawani, let fuckatan rakyat control Malaysia and see what’s in store of Peace and Prosperity will be like. No peace definitely and when there’s no peace – only idiots will believe there will be prosperity.
No more open houses everytime there is a hari raya, chinese new year, christmas and deepavali….only closed houses for each community.
Malaysia will really turn into India – High class and low class only.
PODAH Bawani….go finish your studies first and stop thinking of being mother india.
Go clean up the differing caste you have in your own community and people WILL listen…listen…..istean and respect you.
Silent ………….Silent ……………….Silent
