Azmin Ali can only give a meek response when confronted with the latest expose that he owns a huge asset. As usual, he claims he is a victim of a slander. He is filmed getting a blow job and the best he can reply is that he is a victim of slander, like a broken record.
He should sue Utusan Malaysia and his sister, Ummi Hafilda, for claiming he has such a huge fortune. How could a former confidential secretary to then Finance Minister Anwar Ibrahim amassed such a fortune?
Don’t just send a bloody letter of demand from your lawyers to Ummi. Go ahead to file a proper suit. Go to court and prove she has lied. Prove that it is a real fitnah.
She has said that between 1992 and 1994, he owns a bungalow worth RM298,818 in Taman Melawati and another house worth RM210,000. Small amount by today’s standard with property prices appreciating but a princely sum then.
He had a BMW 325i worth RM160,529, a Proton Perdana worth RM80,000, a Proton Wira 1.6 and Proton Satria 1.6.
But that’s not all. There are certified share certificates showing he had shares in Binaan Setegap (RM65,479), Matshushita Electric (RM173,806), Edaran Otomobil (RM55,072), Damansara (RM85,286), United Engineers Malaysia (RM33,851), Sin Heng Chan (RM141,470) and Ekran Bhd (RM13,880) totaling RM687,846.
Shamsidar meanwhile had cheques amounting to RM7,290,463 being banked into her accounts between 1992 and 1995 while Azmin had cash deposits of RM708,000 from 1992 and 1995.
These are the people who talk about accountability. Well, the rakyat is waiting to hear from you. Don’t just tweet, give a convincing reply!
